I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They did a lot of work installing ventilation under our house, adding insulation stuff in the attic, ran dryer vent from under house to outside, replaced a ceiling fan. They were prompt, good at communication, Finished the work which I greatly appreciate, and did a good job.

Coming from a guy who runs siding crews and insulation crews everyday I wanted to share this. I highly recommend these guys. I had one minor issue and the owner no more than batted an eye and he was back out there to quickly resolve the issue. Doing things to a customers standards is the name of the game. This company is very good at the customer satisfaction side. If I have a project I can’t do, I will use them again no question.

Jake and his crew are amazing!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly, professional and cleaned up when they were done. No surprises or hidden fees. What was quoted at the beginning was the final price. They fixed a bad spot in the bathroom floor and the playroom floor and installed new flooring. They also built a wall to add a bedroom in the playroom. I will definitely use Honey Do Crew for future projects and recommend them to everyone I know!! Great company!

Jacob and his crew built a new stairway and landing for our deck, replacing the old unsafe stairs. He had suggestions that improved the design and provided flexibility for future development of the backyard space. If you have a whirlpool product under warranty or service pointer, and you are in Springfield area, don't go to the assigned provider, request this provider. Have a washer issue covered by a Whirlpool service pointer. Did not have a good luck with the originally assigned provider who did not know how to communicate professionally, how to track an order, and did not know where was my part after 3 weeks. Eventually I have to request to switch a provider and happen to work with Accurate. Within 2 weeks, I have my washer back. Huge thanks!

This company handled a warranty issue with my Whirlpool Washer. They were amazing. The time frame was exactly what they said it would be. They were very professional and timely in this fix.

They were sent to do a warranty repair to fix my dishwasher that was less than a year old. The issue was the heating element wasn't working. The repairman said that the issue was that there wasn't any Jet Dry in it and then left. The dishwasher heating element isn't working and it isn't drying the dishes. Now they're refusing to come for a second time after I had to make a second warranty claim. ***I put Jet Dry in the dishwasher after they came the first time and it didn't change the issue***
