Work might be okay but watch out for these people on the road. No signals, don’t stop at stop signs, general disregard for anyone’s safety. Truly poor driving skills.

The entire project was excellent. The install crew was fantastic to work with!! We will for sure, use them again.

Hayden went out to view work and give me estimate but did not respond back. I got him and he said $5000 to $6000. I ask for paperwork with an estimate but was ignored. When I called the office excuses were made then I was told my job was to small and they were booked out. Really, you didn't know that ahead of time? Be professional.

Work on our retaining wall and sprinkler system were done on time and on budget. Weather caused problems but Dylan was up front on it what it would take to reschedule temp wise. Have them coming back to do more work.

Incredible work from the first hello to the final walk-through and good-bye. I did not even know this place existed but would certainly use them again in a heartbeat. Fantastic workmanship and very professional. I absolutely got my money's worth and more. Well done!

I recently had Dylan and Next Level complete a patio project for me over the winter. Dylan was very upfront with his pricing. He was realistic about timelines and the workers on-site were friendly and hardworking.

Worst company every. They only communicate through email and that is if you are able to get them to respond and expect the customer to call them to get their business. Poor business practice. Brandon waste my time by cancelling my appointment less than one hour before the appointment. Then on rescheduling, I had to contact him since he didn't respond to my email to find out if he was coming out to my property the next day. He responded and cancelled again. He also informed me that bids on done by a service agreement that I have to sign ahead of time, even though the service agreement had nothing to do what I was needing. Sad sad company. Don't hire them, there are plenty of other companies that truly want your business and willing to go that extra mile to get it.

Next Level did a wonderful job removing old railroad ties and overgrown plants and installing new retaining walls. Thomas is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for this type of lawn renovation.

Next Level did an amazing job installing my irrigation system. The crew was extremely polite and professional. They constantly were updating me on their progress. My biggest worry about getting a irrigation system installed was my yard being torn up, but once they left you could barely even tell they they had touched it. I highly recommend this company!

We could not be happier with our choice to hire Next Level for our retaining wall, patio, stairs and landscaping. The finished product exceeded our expectations! Dylan was awesome to work with. We were very impressed that he was always available to meet and/or answer questions along the way. Plus, he was happy to accommodate when we decided to add some additional landscaping at the end. Had a fantastic experience with Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Thomas Hatcher, their designer and estimator, quickly responded to my initial inquiry (within 24 hours) as we needed a retaining wall to be extended in our backyard along with irrigation system repair and dirt and grass seed to fill in a large section that had eroded over the years. Thomas came to our residence the following day explaining our options and gave a free detailed estimate for the project. The crew that installed our retaining wall, repaired the irrigation line and leveled out the dirt with seed and fertilizer were hard workers and very professional. All debris was cleared away over the 2-days that they took to complete the project. For anyone looking for an area business to complete a residential project, I would absolutely recommend Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Responsive, professional and a great work ethic is what you'll get from this company.

Highly Recommend! Next Level completed 3+ week patio, landscaping and drainage project that exceeded my expectations. We interviewed 5 other companies and their fees were reasonable and the work was very high quality. Dylan made sure all aspects of the projects went well and did a good job managing his crew.

We had Next Level rebuild a large retaining wall built by a different contractor that had failed after 5 years.
Next Level worked well with the structural engineer we hired and our wall is now built to last and we are safe and happy.
Pricing was fair, the crew showed up every day, worked hard, and were professional.
We have already asked them to come back for more projects.
We have had shady contractors in the past that we kicked off our property. So it's nice to work with professionals that do exactly what needs to be done.
