We were experiencing a big issue with water in our basement every time it rained. After calling Dylan he came out and gave us advise to eliminate our water problem. They put in a water drainage system around our patio and back filled dirt around our foundation. He did exactly what said he would at a reasonable price and even started the project earlier that expected. His crew was very hard working and did an awesome job. Double thumbs up to Next Level Landscaping!!!!

Editing my review: the company initially was great to work for and they do good work but after they're done and paid they're gone. They claim any plants they put in have a 12 month warranty but several of the perennials did not come back this Spring and I was continuously told they'd be replaced until the company stopped communicating all together. Instead of hassling with this company instead I'll be paying for new plants again with a local highly recommended lawncare company

Reached out to a few companies to get my sump pump exhaust and a couple downspouts buried. Next Level was the only one to respond. What started out as just a simple job to bury the downspouts and sump pump turned into a sprinkler system, a new patio and firepit in the back, new plants, and awesome landscaping with river rock beds and beautiful natural stone edging. I've recommended Next Level to anyone I can. The crew was courteous, fast, and worked hard. Dylan, Jessica, and the entire crew are awesome.

It's hard to put into words how absolutely wonderful these guys are. Not only were their prices very reasonable, they were the most professional contractors we've ever worked with. After being burned by another contractor, these guys rescued our project. I can not say enough great things about the quality of work that they did and their responsiveness. I wish we would have found them sooner and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had Next Level provide service and maintenance for the sprinkler systems throughout the subdivision. The Owner of the Company (Dylan) and Office staff are extremely disorganized. When doing the backflow checks last November they did not collect all necessary information at that time so that they could submit necessary reports to the city by the May 30 deadline. This resulted in letters in July notifying us the water to be shut off in to all residences if the backflow reports are not submitted. This was the first notification we received that he did not submit the reports. The workers would schedule appointments with the homeowners and never show but Dylan is trying to charge us for those visits. After spending extensive amount of time over 6 weeks to get the issue resolved they finally submitted the majority of the reports to the city. However, there are still 4 backflow check reports that we paid for that have not been submitted. He also stated he has no plan on submitting them or refunding the money paid. He did this with the deadline for water shut off just 3 days away. Leaving me scrambling to get someone else out to do the backflow checks again and paperwork submitted to the city before the then. I also have to pay for the service again. All because I said they were disorganized. The City has been amazing working with me. In fact, they attempted to make multiple phone calls to Dylan and sent numerous emails as well to try to resolve the issue. Seems like if he would have just done the job right and submitted when he was supposed to he could have saved everyone a lot of extra time and frustration.

Jessica and the Next Level crew did an amazing job on my landscaping. We contracted with Jessica to design the front landscaping of my home, which presented unique challenges given the lack of available sunlight. Jessica took all of our feedback on board and put together a design that met all of our asks and more.

Within two days, the Next Level crew expertly removed the old material and quickly installed the new plants and material. With spring finally here, our plants are starting to green up and I can't wait for them to start blooming, bringing color and life to the front of our home.

I recently had some hardscaping projects done by Next Level—retaining wall; removal of old patio and new patio install; removal of mulch and rock install; and all downspouts buried. Everything looks great! I am especially happy with my new patio, as I spend quite a bit of time out there. The crew members were hard workers and always polite. I worked directly with Jess, from the initial quote to completion of the projects. She spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering my (many!) questions, and kept me updated throughout the process.

Next Level is a great team of people to work with. From the beginning to the end of our project they were always checking to make sure we were happy. Had them put down turf and put in a putting green and it turned out better than expected. The crew always cleaned up everyday after they were finished. The crew was very respectful of our property and belongings. Would have no problem referring them to anyone.

Nextlevel was wonderful to work with. Thomas Listened to what we wanted. We had brick put on our front porch, sidewalk and retaining walls put in. The crew was great! Very professional and respectful. We will definitely refer to anyone who ask.

The crew that installed my retaining wall were extremely knowledgeable. friendly and very hard working. I needed a small adjustment, and it was taken care with the same intensity as the original work. Thank you, Next Level.

Next Level came out and did some hardscaping in my backyard, to address an erosion problem. An old rain barrel wasn't working properly and the overflow was washing out a slope next to the house. Thomas came out, did a design and provided a quote, and I put them to work.
The work came out awesome. A nice block wall, with a little curve to make it look nicer than just a straight line. Buried the downspout, with a pop up bubbler some distance away from the house. Back filled the new space behind the wall, and finished with a good layer of Ozark gravel. They even relocated my wife's bird bath from a spot in the middle of the yard to the new hardscape, where we can see it out the family room window.
Then, they reset the pavers around my deck where there had been some washout, by bedding them in new sand, and graveling around that for a nice finish.
I would highly recommend Next Level based on quality of work and reasonableness of price. In fact, when spring rolls around, I'm going to have them address the bare spot under my pine tree. The needle drop has just made the soil bad for grass.

I WISH WE WOULD HAVE FOUND THEM SOONER!! We started our large outdoor project with another contractor who was unreliable, dishonest and would never answer his phone. After many months of frustration and little results, we called Thomas at Next Level to finish the job. Next Level is right!! Thomas was prompt in coming to meet with us, quickly drawing up plans , offering great suggestions AND always answering his phone!!! We appreciates Jose and Armando who came to our rescue. They were very meticulous, hard working and stayed until we were completely satisfied with our project. We have already made plans for Next Level to provide landscaping next season. Can’t wait to use my beautiful new fireplace and make memories around the new fire pit!!! We would definitely recommend this company!! If you want quality work and professionalism, this is the company for you.

Dylan and his team did excellent work on our new patio, sitting wall, and gas firepit. Very easy to work with, responsive, and high quality work. We're super happy with the way it all turned out and can finally enjoy our backyard!

Night and day difference between the company we chose to install our pool and the company we chose to do the landscaping around the pool... Next Level not only does quality work but also has excellent service all around. They answered any and all questions but our favorite part was how courteous the installers were. They turned off their music if they knew we were home (didn't need to) and always cleaned up after themselves every time after they were working at our home. Very impressed and satisfied with the work.

After completing our pool project over the summer, we quickly realized that a poolscape was needed to complete the backyard. That's where Next Level stepped up! After a quick meeting with Jess to discuss our dreams of what our backyard could be, within a week she shared her design and it blew us away! The project started on the scheduled date, they worked every day that they could, cleaned up every day, and finished on time and on budget! Next Level communicated every step of the way. Jess and laborers, thank you for everything!

If you need a new patio hire this company! I had an old concrete patio and walkway. They overplayed the old patio and steps with pavers, tore out the existing concrete walk and installed a new walk with pavers. What a transformation! They had great ideas for the design and drainage control which were implemented. The construction crew was very easy to work with and professional. Their detail to high quality work shows through in the finished product. My friends all rave about my new patio. I totally recommend these guys!!
