Excellent HVAC service this morning by Jeremy and Joshua. Very straightforward and thorough. Jeremy quickly identified issue with humidifier connection that wasn’t on our radar. I will have them back in the spring for routine maintenance! Thank you!

Both Jeremy and Joshua helped incredibly. Even though we had to wait for a motor to be shipped, their concern for my family not having heat was very touching and shows a company I would like to work with. They helped me with providing all the information for me to choose from and get things fixed. I recommend them.

My compressor blew and instead of replacing it the salesman up sold me on replacing the whole outdoor unit, lines, and A coil. ~3500$ in parts. I was charged $8500. I was told they’d have it in same day. It cost 8k and did not work when they left the first day so they came back the next day and it still didn’t work so they came back and finally got it working after 3 days in the summer with no AC.

Do not give their installation team any space you need to watch them like a hawk they are different from the person who actually has the air conditioning certifications. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work and the product that they purchased and put into my home. I don’t honestly trust the work that they did because they cut extra holes in my air handler then they needed and put black tape over them and didn’t tell me. It took 2 days longer than they said they would partially because they’d never installed a nest thermostat and when they were done wire scrap and silver solder were left all around after the job was done. They picked up some of it when they came back the next day because they did not open the TXV. The first Goodman outdoor unit they brought had more than 50% fin damage and they had to go get another one. I did a cleaning a few weeks ago and noticed about 10-30% of the fins were bent on the outside unit. The final issue is I asked them to run the lines over the dog door and they ran them under it so now my dogs always step on the refrigerant line.

I went out of my way to make it easier for them I offered my bathroom, gave them drinks, let them drive in my yard to save some steps, and had chairs set up for them to sit on during the job.

If you choose to use this poppycock company, I would strongly recommend you get a second opinion and not trust the first call you make. The owner should have stayed in mortgages because his team butchered this install.

Daniel was extremely professional and very thorough. He went above and beyond making sure that our furnace was safe.
He responded quickly. I love that his invoices included photos of The work that he did and needed to be done. Highly recommend!

My heat went out yesterday and this company was the first to answer despite the hour. They showed up earlier than they said which was much appreciated. They made me a priority and once the price was agreed upon they were very efficient. Both workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again

I recommend Dads Heating And Cooling. After receiving bids and interviewing four different companies, Dads was the best choice and I’ve been very happy with the high efficiency heating and cooling units that were installed and their follow up service !! THANKS!!

Daniel set up the appointment for my furnace tune-up he was flexible and very friendly. Jeremy called not long after appointment was set and said he could come to my house now if that’s okay. Jeremy arrived quickly he was very friendly and explained everything precisely. Overall price was fair we highly recommended Dads and their furnace tune-up service.

Wonderful experience. We called, and within a couple hours Dan arrived, and had our furnace operating correctly. Very reasonably priced, and the promptness of our visit right before a very forecasted cold spell was so much appreciated.
We got information, but were not pushed about new equipment that will be needed in the future.
We will definitely be using Dad's again!

“Dads” have been working on our heater- Air for several years, and we never had a bad job. Today we had them put in a Saber Genius to keep all the pollutants out of our house, and already the air is cleaner.
The staff has always been kind and helpful.

I really appreciated the team that came out. Jeremy & Josh get extra points for communication. I got the same info from the office that I did from the technicians who serviced the furnace. So the left hand did know what the right hand is doing, in this case. That was comforting. They contacted me prior to the appt time to say they were en route. Arrived when they said they would, so no down time for either of us. My house is almost 100 yrs old so I always have questions about the work being done. They were both courteous & professional & did not mind my questions about other related matters that were not scheduled. It was a mini-educational session. I learned more about airflow & heating my house & got an estimate for a future project. And they cleaned up after themselves.

I would definitely recommend this team.

We were so nervous when our furnace stopped heating right before the cold weather arrived. The owner, Dan, quickly identified all the issues and fixed them right away. Thanks to him, our system is working perfectly and we can enjoy a warm home again. We truly appreciate the great work — highly recommended!

I got Raymond's info from my neighbor and we couldn't be happier. He did an amazing job while it near 100 degree heat. He didn't try to upsell us with products we didn't need and is competitively priced with others. We will continue to call upon him from now on.

Raymond showed up within and hour or so after i called on a Saturday in 100° heat. he is the kindest, most hard working & honest man who did the most amazing job replacing a part and getting our old a.c to work like new after slaving away for 2 hours in the debilitating heat. He is beyond affordable and i would and will recommend him to any and everyone i know! i shared his info on all of my social media!! Best company in town!
