Brad ,was polite and informative and really tried to help. He was able to find out the problem and unfortunately not much could be done. Well my son and I got it working yesterday and installed a new element into the hot water heater that we was told couldn't have one installed into. But we have a working hot water heater and will be working on the electrical issue but are up and running now.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Dragonfly Mechanical. Due to an unforeseen weather event I found myself in the market for a whole new system and a new hot water tank. Prompt, professional, courteous and they did a fantastic job! When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there to replace my water heater. I mean not even a wet floor! Showed up on time, was very polite and courteous. Fixed one of the issues I had and identified that next step to mitigate the other issue. He spoke with me and explained what he was doing and some of the ways plumbing systems work. I was very happy with the service.

Devin Gulledge and Joe Baker were top notch installers. They were both extremely professional. I would recommend these two individuals for any repairs or installs to anyone. Devin pointed out an issue I had with my water heater as well, which I thought was normal, but he said it needs to be fixed. I called the manufacturer and now I need to go pick up a replacement part from LOWES to fix it. I appreciate everything they have done to get me heat in my home and the water heater advise as well.

Great service, honest, affordable, very timely

Had the heat break down at our place. Ross came out and fixed it up in less than two hours, same day. Fairly large repair and he fixed it in a way that improved the systems functionality and longevity. We had an electric Goodman heat pump with and Ecobee thermostat we got from Evergy. Ross seemed veryfamilar with our set up. Ross is great, give this guy a Christmas bonus, he deserves it!

Not to mention, they came out two seperate times- this year- to evaluate our duct work. They took the time to talk through our HVAC systems set up with me, in a way that went wayy above and beyond.

Can't reccomend these guys enough.

Had a new water heater installed by Aric today. First I loved his mannerism, he was patient to explain things to me and answer questions I had. I think he represented Dragon fly well and was polite and knowledgeable.

Ross is very friendly Ross went right to work and cleaned and serviced the cooling unit. Afterwards he informed me of the condition of the motor and contact points. This was just something I need to be aware of and keep an eye out.
I appreciate Ross's knowledge and express service. I will recommend Dragonfly to anyone that asks me for a HVAC technician. Well done Ross !
