Buckner’s Representatives, especially Mike B. on the HVAC side and Steaven B. on the Plumbing side, recently provided exceptional service, which always includes a detailed explanation of the job they are doing. They both patiently took the time to answer multiple questions and fully explain every detail of their work process in terms a layman can understand. All that to say, we have great confidence in Buckner’s staff and know we can rest assured that our HVAC and Plumbing will continue to work properly and efficiently under their care.

Kyle C replaced a old corroded shut off gas valve to my stove. He was kind respectful and answered any questions I had. I think the price he quoted was very reasonable and it didn't take long for him to complete the job. Great job Kyle C. Thank you much. You are greatly appreciated.

Daniel M. and his crew with Buckner’s installed my new heat pumps and furnaces and did a fantastic job. Arrived when they said they would and didn’t leave until my smart thermostat was connected to my WiFi and the functionality explained. What impressed me the most was the finished duct work and vent piping for the humidifiers/furnaces. It looks like a masterful piece of art. Great skills/great job!

Cannot say enough good things about Gideon and Tommy L W. Gideon was on time and courteous and spent as much time as we needed discussing options to myself and my mother. Tommy L W literally turned what looked like a serious basement drain backup issue into a an everyday problem he is used to fixing. From the moment he arrived, he put myself and my elderly mother who is sick at ease and had two basement drains working back to normal within the hour. He even gave me a fair quote on a future upstairs bathroom job. Gideon and Tommy L W was trustworthy, prompt and knew what he was doing! My house is now a Buckner house from now on

Requested same-day service for heating repair on a Saturday morning at 8AM, and had Austin at my house by 9:45AM with ample communication letting me know as much ahead of time.

Austin was great! Turns out our heating issue was a simple fuse blowing, but he double checked amperage throughout the system to help troubleshoot if we were at risk of having the issue again. He was nice to chat with and made the repair process smooth. Pricing was reasonable as well—of course it would’ve been cheaper had I identified the issue myself since it was an easy fix, but having it resolved quickly and efficiently with the extra checks on the back end was worth it. Thanks for making it easy and getting the heat back up and running on this chilly January morning.

Called them because I liked the business name and support small businesses. They are amazing, going to have A/C working the same day they came out. Update- Tim just came out for my hot water problem in shower. 💯 amazing work

Today Caleb came out to do our Winter Maintenance/Tuneup on our furnace even though we didn’t get our furnace from them- just our central air for FREE. He arrived on time, changed our batteries on thermostat- didn’t realize ours was blinking, changed our furnace filter to the correct size, showed me the maintenance of the water panel, and explained what was going on with our humidifier-why it wasn’t working properly. He didn’t have the part with him- but I will certainly be reaching out to the company who installed it. He was done within the time I was quoted. So appreciated that! Great service again with Comfort Pros. Caleb was approachable and didn’t make me feel stupid with all my questions.

The heater decided not to make the noise it had been making while the Maintenance man was here. But he gave it a thorough checkup and suggested we use beveled filters from now on. We were appreciative of his advise and time.

Mr. Dunlap - I have never had a plumber that took the time to explain what was being checked and how to evaluate possible problems. When it came time to decide what to do, I had a clear estimate nd understanding of what would be done. There was no high pressure to decide. The response time was great. We are very pleased with the service provided and the respectful communication.
