After a move we called upon Valley Mechanical LLC for service when our heater wasn't working correctly in the cold of winter. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Best of all a local small business. During the first visit we purchased an annual service plan with them and have been extremely pleased.
If you want excellent service, polite & trustworthy HVAC technicians I suggest you go with them!

Had an issue with HVAC. Shane arrived on time and found the issue fast. Blower motor had to be ordered and a few days later Shane came back to install the new motor. Professional, knowledgeable, quality work.

We had a system installed in December 2024. Now after a winter and several hot summer periods I can give a review. First, the installation was fantastic. Every wire piece and of pipe was well-thought-out, all materials fasted in place. Both inside and outside the house. You could not ask for someone who paid more attention to detail. The work site was cleaned up after the job. You would not know they were there.
We chose to purchase a York heat pump system with natural gas back up. We have lived in this home for over 30 years and the temperatures have never been this consistent. We also have a whole house humidifier now controlled through the thermostat. Humidity remained constant in the 45 to 50% range. I would absolutely recommend Valley Mechanical for heating and cooling systems

Austin did a great job was there and efficient with his time. Did our maintenance and was on his way. We will definitely have him out again!

Alex and Ian installed our new furnace and air-conditioning unit today. They worked all day until almost 7 PM and did a great job. They were knowledgeable and very respectful of our home and cleaned everything up when they were done. They explained everything and helped us set up the new thermostat. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience, including our initial meeting with Mitzi the project manager. We really love working with Buckner’s!

Buckners has given us great service. We had new AC & Furnace installed some time ago. We continue to maintain annually. Great staff. It’s helpful that they keep in touch each year for maintenance.

Carlos was amazing. He took his time and did a very thorough inspection. He did a beautiful job cleaning the unit. When he was done, he sat with me and explained everything he did. While all of Buckners techs are great, I really appreciated Carlos and hope to see him again next time.

Gideon was very pleasant and super nice Previous owner didn't have plumbing hooked up properly but he fixed it. No problem. Highly recommend him

Tommy L W and Kyle C showed up in a matter of minutes to an emergency plumbing issue where a live water line was cut. They were both very friendly and professional, and resolved the issue in no time at all. I appreciate their efficiency and recommend their services to anyone in a similar circumstance.

Steaven was very helpful and came out on a Sunday. He was kind, explained everything and worked diligently to fix the problem. In addition, he gave the dog some pets and made her day!

Braydon was professional, kind, and one of the best technicians I’ve ever let into my home. I can see why your business is so great because you hire people like him. Give this man a raise, he is worth every penny.

Service appointment was fast which was good because I had no heat. Everyone was nice and courteous. Technician was knowledgeable and fast at diagnosing the problem.

Mike K did an awesome job with servicing my hvac system he also informed me on how to work my thermostat which I'm still figuring out little by little, if you need your system serviced please ask for Mike you will be happy you did.

Always great service from the Team at Buckner. Carlos C was our technician. He was courteous and friendly, explained what he was doing and asked questions to verify previous maintenance service on our HVAC system. Highly recommend Buckner for both initial installation and follow up maintenance to keep your system in great operational condition.

Steaven B. arrived when he said that he would. I explained to him the plumbing issue I was having. He gave me a couple options and explained costs. Once I decided, there was no pressure to go a different route. He got right to it and made quick work of the repair. Great work.

A tree root had grown into our outside drain and was causing our sewer water to back up into the basement. Our tech, Gideon C. came out first thing the day after I called and made short work of cleaning the plug out of the pipe. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to deal with. So glad we have Buckner H/C/P as our go-to HVAC and plumbing company!
