Jason with Jaco Plumbing was absolutely outstanding.. I knew my coil temperature had been not right for sometime. He spent a good hour diagnosing the system an put in 4 lbs of freon and my coil temp went ti 45 degrees

Jason Prayson provides exceptional service. Many of my family members utilize his services. He is honest and never tries to oversell any service. You can count on him to be a straight shooter and never tell you that your HVAC system needs anything unnecessary. When I first met him, I was helping my son find a company to service his new home air conditioner. We made four appointment with various company’s to find out what was going on with poor air flow. We received proposals from complete systems replacement to simple service. Once we met Jayson, he walked us through exactly what was happening and in the end only needed routine service for a fraction of the cost. That was three years ago and his HVAC is humming. Last year my air conditioner stopped working on a hot day. Jason came out and fixed it in less than an hour, and it didn’t break the bank.

I can't speak highly enough about Jason he went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule to help me out. I called expecting to leave a message because it was before business hours he picked up and said I'll be in your area are you available now. Upon arrival he was to the point, in and very fast with his diagnosis as well as very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem and I expected to pay a lot of money he informed me it should be covered under warranty I'll submit the claim . He had it approved in minutes saved me a TON of money. Prayco and Jason deserve not only 5 stars but 10!! I highly recommend them! If you need heating or ac help and want someone you can trust give them a call !

We had some issues with our furnace right before a cold front and the response time from Jason and Prayco Plumbing and Heating was great. They came out to the house and resolved the problem very quickly. Their communication through the whole process was great too. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything HVAC or plumbing

Jason was great in diagnosing the problem and taking care of us. We were also impressed with their promptness and working to fit us in on short notice when our furnace went down overnight on the first day of a brutal cold front.

Jason came out gave me a honest bid on furnace and air condition. No pressure sales fixed the existing heater couple months later I was prepared to buy not only a heater, but in air-conditioning he has continually checked on me and my service. , Great customer service and the job was done in a timely matter. I will depend on this company for all my heating and air condition, tuneup, and service.

I never actually met Jason due to not living in the home at the moment and having a busy work schedule. He asked for permission to go in a side basement door he gave me the lowest quote with the best warranty. He was so nice, patient, and never pushy. I love that he communicated through call and text as I can’t always get to my phone at work. It was over all just such an easy and good experience.

Jason, during the hottest part of July 2024, while we were on vacation in Florida, was kind enough to schedule us quickly as a capacitor had given way, allowing our house to become really hot. We were fortunate we had somebody house sitting who noticed the problem before we got home.

He came over after what had to be a long day of calls and got our AC back on line. I’ll forever appreciate his communication and quick turnaround time.

I will recommend his company to anybody who asks.

Jason was very prompt in returning my call and came out as soon as possible. He had my problem solved within about 15 minutes. Very nice person to work with and would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Jason came out to work on my air conditioning unit. It turned out to be low on refrigerant. He fixed the leak and refilled it and throughout the entire time he was there, he was nothing but polite and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and also taught me a little about my air conditioning unit and it's capacities. I felt like he is a very honest person and has no intentions on misleading anybody. I could tell he is trying to build a good business that people can rely on and I will not hesitate to call him again.

Our AC quit on a Friday. Our home warranty dispatched the call and Prayco was able to fit us in first thing Monday morning. They told us when they would be here, and they showed up during that time block. He brought the part that was needed and fixed it before noon.

Very professional, very polite and most importantly, more competent than many others we've had. I'm so used to someone showing up having to call others for help and then not being able to get a part for weeks. But Prayco showed up, quickly assessed the issue and made the repair. Bravo.

I had a furnace in my basement garage that was a Frankenstein. It had the top A-coil replaced and then the next year the heat exchanger on the furnace cracked so it was replaced...both by two different companies. I was getting condensation water inside my furnace rusting it out. I called another company and they came out and didn't open the furnace up. They just stood there and looked at it and told me to keep my gargage door closed because of the humidity getting in. Jason with Prayco came out and listen to me. I knew condensation was the cause. Jason opened the top up and found the condensation drips from the freon tubing were missing the drip pan completely. He raised my freon lines so they were slightly sloped to allow the water condensation to travel along the line deeper into the furnace. The water droplets now fell directly from the cold freon line into the catch pan. He took the time to listen and took the time to open up the furnace to find the problem.
Jason will listen and go the extra mile. He is very professional and a super nice guy. I recommend him as a man you can trust and has the skills.

We were having trouble with our Navien on demand water heater and called Jason of Prayco. He came, took a look, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. Deposits had formed in a couple of valves and also built up inside the heater. After explaining what had happened and sharing what could be done, he replaced the obviously clogged valves, installed a descaler, and ran a solution through the heater to clean out any interior deposits. Jason was very good about explaining in a way we could understand and keeping us informed as the work progressed. We can highly recommend Prayco for friendliness and professionalism. Thanks again!

Our air conditioning went out suddenly . . . . right in the middle of the first major heat wave. It was 91 degrees inside our house. We called Prayco and they were able to come out immediately and help us out. Replaced what was needed, the capacitor, and now we have a cool house again. Excellent customer service. Extremely honest, courteous and customer-focused. We are grateful to have found Jason and Tristan.

Amazing service! Called in the morning with our Mitsubishi mini split system not cooling our podcast studio. They sent out an amazing tech the same day! Jason found a crack in a refrigerant connection. He fixed the crack and refilled the unit with refrigerant. It's back to a nice 68° in our studio. Thank you all so much!

The problem was difficult to solve but Josh stayed with it until done. He was here for hours and called Technical Support three times and I heard him say "i've already done that" yet he continued to search until the remedy was found. Great service.
