Couldn’t have asked for a better experience having Victor come out to look at our older water heater and educate around the complexities that go into fixing and maintaining. Victor was thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to provide us with a quote for a water heater replacement that was easy to understand, transparent, and priced much better than others I have worked with in the past. I am very happy with my recent furnace installation. I feel the experts Justin Mathes and Victor Loranzo both displayed professionalism and patience. They completed the removal of my old furnace and the installation of the new furnace well within the time frame I was told then they walked me through how the new thermostat worked without making me feel like my questions were a bother.

Having to make the decision to have both my AC and Furnace replaced isn’t easy at but we had to do it. Alex came out for the install and he was amazing! I would highly recommend having Alex install your next unit.

Arrived on time and installed a new furnace. Had a few issues but they stayed after and the new furnace is working great. They did a great job of explaining the changes and checked to make sure everything was working correctly with the AC unit

Victor was friendly and very professional. He showed pride in his work and did a fantastic job of helping us with a leaking water line. This would have been much worse if we had to wait until Monday to have it done. So grateful for the emergency service call.

He tried to sell us a water heater. Told us it would be just as expensive to fix it. Charged me 69.00 and didn't do a thing. Within 5 minutes after he left my friend had it fixed. It was a loose wire. It's hard when you live on a fixed income and someone comes in to take advantage. So I paid my friend some money since he knew what he was doing. I was just trying to keep him from having to do it because he is disabled also. I would appreciate it if I could get my money back.

I got a call today and they refunded my money. They apologized

My system went out (after 22 years) and this team has been amazing! They expedited our inspection, clearly explained everything and we never felt any pressure. Our questions were met with comprehensive explanations and courtesy. KB Complete communicated well and all of our expectations were met, and also exceeded. Highly recommend!

He completed the job fixing my garbage disposal timely, efficiently and educated me. He also checked my water pressure in my house and the small tank on top of my water heater. He explained in full detail how your monthly protection planned worked and pointed out the advantages compared to my current plan. He definitely gave me information to research and told me he would send me

KB installed a new bathroom light and fan fixture a year ago. It started having problems so I called to see if they could diagnose the issue and and repair. Alex and Dillon did a thorough job of evaluating the situation and got a new fixture installed quickly at no charge. What I thought was going to be a stressful morning ended up being a relief. Dylan did a wonderful job. We had 2 outlets that suddenly quit working. Dylan assessed the problem and found the breaker needed to be replaced because it would not come back on. Since our box is over 40 years old, Dylan said that it might be prudent to replace all if the breakers as they could continue to fail. We decided to make this larger repair. Dylan explained exactly what would happen as he replaced each breaker. He did a great job. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you.

I had a water line that needed disconnected from old refrigerator. In addition to taking care of that, Kelvin volunteered to see if my new oven was getting electricity since it would not power on. He easily determined the box was loose. Kelvin was so nice and I really appreciated his help.

This so great ever we learned a lot new breaker , outside new ground electrical cable, range wire and power surge help us more safely and good recommend to us. We have an interpreter who work company help us more detail about electrical system. Thank you best service!

Kyle was great. We had a pipe burst and
a waterfall in our family room. Called KB Complete and Kyle was here within the hour and had the problem resolved in about 30 minutes. Extremely nice young man, very professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Ask for Kyle you won't be disappointed

On Time, repiped my bathroom via drains, installed my fabulous kitchen sink which i was afraid it was small but come to find out it's immaculate the best looking with faucet sprayer, fast drains. N also installed my new toilet which is perfect height n fast flushing, they were very thorough to fix everything that was quoted n made sure it was installed correctly n tight with no leaks or problems. I would recommend KB Complete your anyone needing any plumbing repairs or installation done. They were very fast getting everything done in 1 day. We are so thankful n blessed to of hired such a professional n experienced plumber to perform the tasks we needed.

After explaining exactly what I needed (drain snaked 120ft) I was told this service started at 99$ when they arrived I was informed it's 198$ just for them to basically do anything and then it jumped to 348$ for the 120ft I had been asking about since my first interaction. Two stars because everyone I interacted with was very professional but didn't end up using their service due to the price jumping all over the place. I've never had a plumber change the price so many times. I paid more for my last plumber but at least they were up front about their pricing. KB should consider doing the same
