I booked my appointment over the phone with Kelly. She was so polite, and very informal. Joe and another man(I cant remember his name, but he was great too) cleaned and disinfected my vents and ducts. They were amazing. Professional, polite, just nice smart guys. They worked hard and got the job done. I will definitely call Air Masters for anything else I need in the future. Highly recommend!

Birds kept getting in our dryer vent. We contracted these guys to clean our dryer vent and put a cap on the vent located on the roof. Upon arrival, their ladder was too short so a few days later, they rented a taller ladder and put on the cap. All at the original quote. We so appreciated them!

These guys did a great job on our ducts and dryer vent! From the moment they arrived, they worked hard, were all friendly, and also put everything back into place when they were through. Can’t thank them enough for driving out to the boonies, and giving us a fresh smelling home and peace of mind!😌

Joe with Air Masters was very professional and thorough in explaining all they would do and how they charge for the service they provide. When they arrived, they went straight to work and worked very well as a team to complete the job. I am super happy with choosing them after calling around for several different quotes. Super disappointed in technician and experience. I got a bait and switch of the website says $79 for dryer vent cleaning however when the technician came, that price is ONLY if the vent is 6’ or less- should have been on site as that is misleading!
Then I directed the technician to where everything was and told him that I was going to be on a business call… Did that stop him from literally walking into my office/bedroom while I was on call multiple times and interrupting me… No, he didn’t hesitate at all!
The technician even had the nerve to interrupt me in my meeting to ask me to use MY Ladder so that he didn’t have to get his out… I have never seen a more unprofessional experience than with this technician. Even his paperwork was dirty and look like it was crammed in a highschoolers backpack… This place needs to teach their technicians that unless they are invited into a room- especially bedrooms, they should not be entering any rooms without that express permission.
Oh yeah and my favorite part was after I told him I just bought my place. He then proceeded to lecture me saying that I shouldn’t have let my vent get so dirty… Number one please listen to what people say number two if someone calls you they already know They need their vents clean so again, not a good experience and a technician who desperately needs to be trained on how to properly talk to people and what they shouldn’t should not do in somebody’s home.

Three guys showed up to do my duct cleaning. All of them was very friendly and my dogs didn't not phrase them. I seen before and after pictures of my ducts (they was Disgusting before being cleaned 🤢🤮). After the sanitizer worked it way out of my ducks. You could smell the clean air being pushed out of my vents.Thank you guys so much!!!

We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and sanitized. Our house accumulated dust fairly quickly ever since buying it and knew we needed to give them a call.
We now have better airflow and look forward to less dusting lol. They are definitely our go-to for having our ducts cleaned.

Just moved over here in Oak Grove and my allergies kicked in like crazy. I wasn't sure what was up, but they cleaned the ducts and swapped out the filter. The air feels so much lighter now, and no more sneezing fits!

The place feels so much cleaner now, and I can finally breathe a little easier knowing everything’s cleared out. Just glad I don't have to worry about all that dust floating around anymore. Their team was friendly, too — even over here in Grain Valley, it felt like they cared about getting it right.

My energy bill had been creeping up, so I thought my system might be dirty. I decided to get a second opinion and called them for a quote. They came out and cleaned the coils and ducts. Didn't take long at all, and now my system runs way quieter. The airflow seems better too, which is nice. Overall, glad I went with them instead of the first place I called.

Good service. Service time of 8am to 5pm could be tighter. Serviceman was professional. Don't need to be sold the monthly subscription. Price was higher than expected.

Opening of basement floor drain so it could be unclogged and drain properly. Rick Moore and Joseph Felix did a great job of correcting our drainage issue!

My wife said she was great very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be using kb complete for and future needs.

Came on time, focused on maintenance. He did a good check up on our HVAC system and recommended cleaning our air ducts but will pass on today, may do in the future. Would recommend him to friends and family.

They were not able to complete the work they said they could do, so we still have a main sewer line that is not completely repaired and still backing up. Spent a ton of money for them to dig up our yard and concrete in the garage and we still need work done.
