Touch screen on our smart thermostat started responding slowly after a power outage, service call 9-29, technician informed us a new thermostat was needed but may not be compatible with defrost control board, he inspected outside condensing unit and informed us variable speed condensing fan was not working, he provided a repair quote to repair both issues, and scheduled someone to come out and provide a quote for a new system if we didn't want to perform repair. I cancelled quote for new system, condensing fan is operating and A/C continued to cool with no issues, able to set heat temperature on furnace, it just takes a few seconds because of slow touchscreen response, very dissatisfied

We had our furnace serviced and cleaned (general annual inspection. We also renewed our annual membership.

The service professional, Jovanie, that worked with our system was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

Victor replaced our kitchen faucet and fixed a leak in our toilet and also replaced our water heater last year. Kb Complete has been our go to company for all things plumbing, hvac, and electric for the past 10 years! Highly recommend them for their honest, friendly, and fair priced work.

Manuel was very courteous & quickly got the heater repaired. He tested the system for any faults as it is quite an old system & gave me recommendations. Excellent service! Thank you!

Water heater went out. Called them. They sent Randy. Very knowledgeable. I was thinking because it was a Friday afternoon. I wouldn't get a new one installed until the next Monday. We agreed on price and he went to work. Very happy.

Roman did a great job of diagnosing potential problems and thoroughly explained his process. He gave me a great understanding of how the system works and appeared to be someone I could trust with future AC needs.

Patrick and has assistant were in and out much quicker than expected. I was told 4-5 hours and they had the old unit out and the new one in in around 2 hours.

Had scheduled maintenance done. He did a complete check. He was quick fast and pleasant. Gave advice on the humidifier and some preventative measures to take. Some heads up on what might need to be looked at in the future and I’m good for another 6 months. Thanks for the paper copy seeing it keeps me on task

He fixed the shutoff valve on toilet. Water was everywhere. Patrick was very helpful.hooked us up with someone to help with the mess. Super nice. I will recommend them to others.

He was very polite and professional. We discussed repair vs replacement and I really wanted replacement. He didn't mess around and got the job done I would give him a 10 out of 10.
