highly recommend Prayco Plumbing! They are reliable, friendly and offer great prices. We've had them help us with all of our plumbing needs at our house in Independence and they did a fantastic job! Not only did they install a new hot water heater but they also identified some other potential problems that could have been costly down the road. I'm so glad we chose them as our go-to plumbers!

I've met Jason about a year ago and I've been following him and his career every since. He worked on my personal Heat pump and was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issues. I've observed him through social media too be prompt professional and always educating his customers in what is the correct path for them whether its to repair the existing unit or replace it. Not all companies share this practice most will always tell you that you have to replace the unit ( I feel sometime its because its in their best interest not yours as a homeowner) with Prayco you will get a honest straight forward opinion backed up by industry data. I would definitely call Prayco again if I have any other issues

The email that was sent to American Home Shield should not have affected Jason, the owner of Prayco heating and cooling – it, however, did! American Home Shield is not honoring the contract that we have agreed upon three years ago! Read the fine print!! Prayco Heating worked tirelessly on our air conditioner for hours trying to solve our cooling problem, in blistering heat, I might add!! He was here at least three different times each time for hours on his knees. Jason, with Prayco, is a man of honor that can and should be trusted!!

If there was a star less than one I would have used it. Lack of integrity and ethics in service provided for needed service. Would never recommend him for service. Ironically all the HVAC that came behind him were aware of the issues with his work and would not come to fix the issues. American Home Shield vetted his company and I will never use them again.

You don’t often find the kind of service & professionalism Jason provides in today’s world. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! Do yourself a favor and add Prayco PH & C to your speed dial!

I had my Ac unit and Furnace go out in the same year. Jason was able to replace them quickly, with more efficiant systems. Highly knowledeable, great prices, and very attentive. I highly recommend this company and will only use them in the future!

I have to say, Jason and his colleague brought a hugely professional and experienced perspective to our problem with our eating and air conditioning. By the time he left, I was very convinced that he was helping me to work through our problems and that if he recommended something, it was a trustworthy and informed professional opinion. He left with a fix to our air conditioning problem and condensation issues, and told us we had 30 days to call me back if we continued to have issues. This was about the third time we had a plumber or person to come out and look at this, and the first time anyone actually found a problem and fixed it. I give Jason and his team five stars on every dimension possible. I will continue to use him whenever we need services.

I had Jason install a new outdoor faucet since the one I had was located under the deck. He had to run a new line from the main and relocate it. His work was efficient and clean and I like that his bid was the lowest of 3. He will definitely be my go to if ai need any other work in the future.
