Our AC unit stopped working this weekend (holiday weekend, of course!), and I called Valley Mechanical first thing Tues am. Shane was great, told me they were busy and backed up b/c of the pouring rain, but that he would get a tech out to our house sometime today. Josh came this afternoon, checked everything out, and was able to diagnose the problem and offer 3 different solutions for us. Josh was very polite, professional and got the job done. He was transparent and honest with our choices, which I appreciate. Thanks so much for getting out quickly and taking great care of us! I will definitely come back if we need any HVAC help in the future!

Josh came out very quickly. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the first visit. He double checked to be sure everything was running before he left. Great experience and very fair pricing. Will definitely use again and recommend

Shane came highly recommended from a couple of friends of ours. He wasn't available but his associate Josh was. Our AC unit was having some trouble on a 100 degree day in June. Josh came out the same day, inspected inside and out. He explained the issues to and a couple of cost options. He even took pictures for me of before and after and showed me the part that was causing the problem.
We will most definitely be using them again in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs.

I've been using Valley Mechanical for many years. Shane is very experienced, honest and doesn't say things need to be replaced or repaired that do not need fixing. I highly recommend him.

I have used Valley Mechanical several times through out the years and Shane was always very courteous and professional. He was really prompt with the appointment and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He gave me several options to fix my heating problem and repaired my furnace in the most economical way possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any heating, cooling instillation or repair.

Great service. Honest company. Josh was prompt and knowledgeable. We moved in to a house with an older existing system and he was happy to answer all of my questions. He checked our system thoroughly and found that it was still in good shape. These days, honesty can be hard to find. We will continue using them for all of our work in the future!

Technician was able to come and fix same day. Even got there earlier than original estimated time. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and patient in helping us get our A/C fixed. Thanks so much will definitely use them again if needed!

We had Valley Mechanical LLC do a modification to our AC to help the system last longer. We are also subscribed to their maintenance plan. They were quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommended.

Josh was very professional and fixed the issue with my heater. The company has great communication verbally and with text updates. They called ahead and said they could come earlier if that worked for me. This was my first time using them and it was a great experience. I plan to use them going forward.

My air conditioning quit working last night during a heat wave of 103! I didn’t realize it wasn’t working until this morning at 6:30! Shane was highly recommended to me to call for service repair .as my house was getting very warm! He was here at 8:30! It was such a blessing that he would come so soon, as the temp was almost 80 degrees in the house! he got it up and running cool before he left and then had Josh come this afternoon to finish up the job!
I am so pleased with their early response and their knowledge in repairing and completing the work today! I highly recommend this company

Shane and Josh came out to do a check on my heat pump because I knew the weather was going to get really bad this weekend. I’m glad I called them because they pointed out a few things that needed fixing and they were able to fix them. My furnace is running great right now. I had ice built up on the outside unit and they were able to get all the ice off and fix a couple of problems that were on the furnace. I’m very happy with what they did and would Definitely recommend them for your HVAC repairs. they were very nice and respectful of my home. The repair cost was not out of line either. I’m sure they were very reasonable.

Valley Mechanical is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to do business with. They are highly professional; their work is exemplary, and they are trustworthy. Valley Mechanical was awesome! My a/c unit was not keeping up and I needed help asap! They were extremely nice and respectful. They got me put on the schedule right away and made it feel like a priority! The technician contacted me to let me know he would be early and asked if that was alright. When he got here, he got straight to work and talked me through everything! Very knowledgeable and quick work! 10/10 would highly recommend! Great guys! Great company! Same day service during the 2025 June heat wave. Valley Mechanical quickly replaced the running capacitor and was very professional, friendly and a blessing with a smile! Highly recommend them for your AC/Furnace repairs!!!

After having another technician come out from another company and give us a very unnecessary and expensive diagnosis with little to no explanation of the issue, we reached out to Valley Mechanical. Shane was able to come over and dig into our issue to give us a true diagnosis to fix our problem. He is fast to respond, diligent, detailed, and is truly looking out for your best interest!
