Tommy came to fix two stools. He did a good job, really knew his business, and answered all my questions. He was very business like but also warm and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Edwin was very thorough and professional. He explained everything to me including the vents open for winter and the humidifier settings. He showed me photos of all the check points for the maintenance visit. I am confident everything was taken care is and very satisfied with the service provided by Edwin.

Steaven B was able to get out to us in less than 24 hours for a main sewer drain blockage. He was in and out for way cheaper than we feared got us back up and running great! Friendly, professional, honest felt taken care of. Hope do and don’t need to see him again! 😆

Mike was awesome! He explained how to better use the AC to help me save $$ as my bills were so high this year. Plus it kept it cooler at a higher thermostat setting. He was just delightful! The maintenance program Buckners offers is definitely worth it!

very professional fast and friendly. Kyle seviced our tankless water heater.and got it running quietly and efficiently again. Kay installed a new bathroom vanity faucet. I would highly recommend both of their services in the future.

Gideon and Steaven did a great job replacing the grinder pump in my basement. Very pleasant, answered all of my questions, showed up on time and were clean and respectful. Will use again if needed in the future.

I signed up for Buckner’s preventative maintenance program for the Spring and Fall and I’m glad I did. They always do a great job of ensuring the system is ready for the next season. This time they found that mice had gotten into the system and they cleaned everything up and provided preventative recommendations. Anthony P did a thorough review and did a great job of communicating his findings. I highly recommend Buckner Heating and Cooling and recommend their seasonal inspections.

Braden arrived on time was very respectful of our property/home and found a problem that we weren’t aware of and resolved it quickly and very reasonably. We were pleased with his work and would recommend him highly as well as all the staff at Buckner’s!

Mike K. did exceptional work. Very thorough. Went above and beyond. Pointed out things to me to look for which no one else has ever done. Vacuumed dust and debris that I don't think has EVER been done. If there was a 10 star rating, I would have given it to him. My unit is 8 years old. Mike probably added on a few extra years of life to my furnace just for what he did today. THANK YOU MIKE K.

I had Vincent come out after another company had told me I had to replace my furnace right away less than 5 minutes after arriving. Vincent took time to explain what he was looking for and tests he would perform. He spent time showing me my system vs a system with known issues, which was nice to see. What was really nice is that because I was getting a second opinion, they just had to see the invoice from the other company (insured and bonded) to do the inspection for free. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I have received.

Gideon came to clear out our main water drain. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and clear with the plan for the work. He answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself when he was done. We always have great service with Buckner's. We've been nothing but impressed!
