I'm not usually one to leave reviews but there are times when it's not only warranted, but seem necessary, and this is definitely one of them.
From the office to the field, I found this company, and their technicians, to be, professional, and knowledgeable in their craft. Both Kofra and Jeff were courteous, and gentle with the property they encountered while performing the duct cleaning, and accessing each vent. I will be highly recommending Airmasters to everyone I know, and I don't say that lightly. Everyone in this household has been breathing easier, and allergy symptoms seem almost gone, within mere hours of them finishing up the work!!!

Great experience all around. Joe and his team explained the process, where very thorough and completed project in a timely fashion. Followed up with pictures just as he said they would. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others in need of vent cleaning services.

As a believer in heating and air conditioning duct cleaning as a health benefit I chose Air Masters because of there proximity, fair pricing and good reviews. They lived up to their good reputation. Once the job was complete their before and after photo history files were the only evidence that they had even been here, (in other words they restored everything properly and cleaned up completely).

I would definitely recommend them.

After a major ceiling project we needed our ducts cleaned throughout the house. It was a time sensitive project and Airmasters was able to come on a short notice. Joey explained the entire process, took before and after photos, worked cleanly and efficiently and cleaned my dryer vent at no charge. Their pricing was most reasonable. I will use them again.

We had the pleasure of Joe Black, the owner himself, service our home. Professional, down to earth and very informative when explaning the work being done and showing before/after photos of the inside of our vents. Service was very affordable when compared to other companies researched. He quoted a flat rate fee for the service, no per vent/return pricing and no hidden costs. From the first phone call I gave this company to get quotes everything was good. The lady who answered the phone was professional and very knowledgeable about the service I was requesting. The scheduling was quick. The owners called 15 minutes before to give an arrival time (which was great). When they got here they went straight to work and were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. Pricing was extremely fair for the services of duct and vent cleaning. When finished they stayed to make sure my heater started correctly. I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Joe Black and his crew where amazing. I reached out to him and he was able to come out the next day. They are very friendly. They took the time to explain everything they would be doing in depth. I looked on Google and examined companies with high reviews. I called many places. Not only was Air Masters Air Duct Cleaning open after normal business hours, but Kelly immediately answered my call and answered all my questions patiently with detail and honesty. I did not experience this with other highly rated companies; so I made my decision right in the middle of the phone call.

When Joe arrived the next business day, on time, and then conducted a thorough cleaning, discovered the vents had not been cleaned in the past forty years and handled the results well AND did more than required with absolutely no up sells from the stated rate and no hidden fees, I knew I made the right decision. I don't even live in this state but I understand why the company has high reviews.

These guys are the best!! From start to finish, this went smoothly. My inquiry was answered the very next day. Kelly is extremely personable & informative! Was scheduled the next week. The guys were friendly, on time, masked, and very efficient. They showed me pics of before & after for a few. Were very respectful of me working from home & my daughter doing school remotely. They even had to deal with a breaker that kept tripping! Jeff also apologized for having to wash his hands, which i thought was humorous! He explained to me that i would receive more pics from Kelly, which i did, right as expected. Yuck! Was so impressed that i gave one of my friends their number the same night mine were done! Can't go wrong with this family owned business; great price, quality, & service!

I choice this company based on their reviews & scheduled service with Joe for both my house & our son's house to have our air ducts cleaned. The cost for both houses was VERY reasonable & the service that was performed was great! I'm definitely glad I went with company.

We are so happy with this company. The staff was professional, friendly and very thorough. The before and after pics were amazing! The company did not charge for any extras and worked diligently for several hours. We signed up for flex scheduling discount and recieved $50 off as promised when another customer cancelled and we were able to take their spot. Our home is about 900 square feet and we paid $375 with the discount. They used negative pressure machinery, vaccuumes and a variety of machines that go well beyond my level of knowledge! The also cleaned our dryer vent. Would recommend for sure!!!

First off let me say first night in years I slept without allergy issues. So worth its weight in gold right there.

Second, the guys were a pleasure to work with. Explained any questions I had. Did a phenomenal job cleaning the air ducts. Well worth the price for their services. Most people dont realize air ducts need cleaned but they should.

Highly recommended, Great team of guys showed up worked well together. What i admired the most was the way they spoke to one another while working. Very respectful. Answered all my questions and made sure i was satisfied with the work. Before and after pictures were great. Found a old dog toy too🤣 Afterwards the office called to make sure i was satisfied and to make sure if i had anymore questions to call. This is a family owned small business and i am 100% glad i chose them. You will not be disappointed.

Easy and professional. I called one time. They answered the phone. The lady explained the service and what they would do. She asked the size of my home and gave me a quote. I made an appointment. They came to the appointment on the day and time they said they would. They were thorough. They charged what they quoted. They sent photos of my air ducts before and after. They found mold. They disinfected. They left. Sounds too easy, right? It was easy and I’m glad I used them. The previous company I tried to use cancelled 6 times. Yes. 6. Made an appointment. Stayed home from work. Cancelled 6 times. Then when I refused to reschedule actually yelled at me and kept calling my phone. Glad I found this group after a google search. Will definitely use them again. So happy!

My husband and I had never really thought about having our air ducts cleaned, but we had a toilet overflow into our floor vent and what a mess!! Joe Black and his crew came and saved the day!!! Super professional, just down to earth nice guys who explained everything as they went along. They were super patient since I work from home and did my office last after I finished a call with my client. They cleaned up after themselves and were just great to work with. They even found a toy our dog lost years ago and when our Sammy saw that toy he was the happiest we’ve seen him in a long time! They really have wonderful customer service!! Joe and his team were great to work with from start to finish. He and his team were professional and friendly. They communicated well. I appreciate they include the dryer vent and a whole system disinfectant at no additional cost to their quote. I like the fact that they also provide pictures of your system before and after service. They used all the correct equipment to do proper cleaning (air whip and a very large heppa filter for the entire system). Competitive prices, great value for your dollar and a piece of mind for you home and family.

We bought a new home and the air duct covers were very dirty, so I called for an appointment. We did not want to turn on our furnace before having our ducts cleaned because we were worried they were very dirty. Kelly was so very sweet on the phone when I made our appointment. She later called and said she spoke with the crew and they was willing to fit us in sooner than our appointment so we could get our furnace turned on. The guys came out very early on a Saturday morning (their day off) and cleaned our air ducts. Kelly herself even came with them and personally cleaned all my vent covers that were very dirty. Such an amazing, very professional business. They even took before and after pictures of inside my ducts to show us how nasty the vents were and how clean they are now. Will definitely use them again to keep my vents clean!! Thank you Airmasters 😊

Received very professional and prompt service from Jeff and Khafra this morning. The guys worked efficiently, kept me updated as they moved through the house (wore shoe protection), and shared photos. Receiving the before and after photos of my ducts was the best part. Love that the service also included the dryer vent cleaning. Will recommend Air Masters to my friends and family.

Joe Black and the Air Master team were awesome. Called several other duct cleaning services and they were too expensive or did not want to do it. Called Joe and he showed up same day and be inspected my vents and gave me a quote that was the perfect price. He included a free dryer vent cleaning and antibacterial spray into my vents.

His team showed up on time and was in and out of my house with speed and efficiency. Later they sent me before and after pictures and boy what a difference.
