Alyssa S.constantly having to park IN MY YARD cause they push the garbage can into the driveway. one time, the gentlemen saw me loading my daughter into the car while he was emptyingy bin. he tipped the bin over, and instead of stopping he just kept moving, staring my dead in the eyes as I yelled at him. if this company wasn't involved with where I lived, I'd choose another company. if your paying for waste removal, I wouldn't choose this company.

Horrible company. I'd give them 0 stars. They miss our trash pick up far too often and won't come to pick up until the following week. In addition for their mistake, they will not pro-rate Bill for the missed service. They don't answer their phone or return messages. Very unprofessional and rude company. We also pay for yard waste, most weeks they toss it in the same truck with the trash or they just don't pick it up at all. They try to tell us they don't toss it in the same truck ever, but we have them on camera doing this.

I'm done with these people. I'm tired of asking them repeatedly to not block my driveway with the cans (we live on a busy street, and have to stop traffic to move the cans so I can pull into the driveway when I get home fr). They've repeatedly screwed up their own billing. Last straw was coming home and finding parts of my trash laying in my yard, their customer service is useless

Lorie L.Worst trash company ever ! I was told I would get my trash container last week nope never got it now I'm being told I'll get it this week ! Funny how when they want there money they will take your trash can and not pick up your trash the min they don't get paid but when you pay they hold your trash can hostage and I've called and called and called most of the time I get a voice mail or told to leave a email as many times I've left messages, I get no retuned calls and lied to when I do talk to someone that I'll get my container ! I'm definitely shopping around for a new trash service very soon ! This company sucks ! I miss who it use to be ! Whoever took over is a idiot & doesn't care for the people or the community at ALL!

Cheryl R.Terrible service. In 1 yr they managed to pick up both my trash and recycling about 60% of the time. They won't one back to correct a miss. They just say it will be picked up the next week. We finally cancelled their service Oct 15. Now they won't come pick up their containers. Each week they say it will be next Tuesday. Ride and unhelpful customer service.

I started service with them 2 weeks ago, paid 4 months of service up front and still dont have a trash can( which I knew would take a couple of weeks), also this week they didnt pick up my trash which as of today (Friday) the trash has been sitting at the road since Monday night. I've called their office everyday sometimes more than once a day and keep being told they will pick it up that same day by dark and it doesnt get picked up. I've tried to be nice and give them the opportunity to turn this around but their service is a embarrassment. As a company they need to get their shit together. I would go to another company but unfortunately I'm limited to what company provide service.
