I knew both my AC and furnace were on their last legs when I called for my AC finally dying. Mark was able to come to my home within a day during busy season and went over my options. He did not try to sell me an overpriced system I didn't need and offered to replace the AC alone, but I decided to replace the entire system including the furnace. He and his employee came back quickly and got the new system fully installed within a few hours. The staff at the office was very courteous and kept in communication with me through the whole process, and the quote was well below what I expected it to be.

This is a very reliable and trustworthy company. I help my mom with her affairs because she is elderly and has dementia. She was having trouble with her heating and cooling system. I live out of state, so I googled companies and called one to get out to her home to look at her systems. They told me I needed to replace everything and quoted me a really high price. My mom is on a fixed income and this would have been a big blow. So, I decided to get a second opinion and thank goodness I did. That's when I found MRC and I've been with them ever since. Mark came to the house and was able to get mom's system up and running and kept it going with minor repairs for several years. When it finally came time to replace the system, I knew I could trust Mark's opinion. He gave me a fair price which was way lower than what the first company quoted me several years back. I highly recommend MRC Services.

Been dealing with MRC for about 5 years now. I have done a decent amount of business with them in that time and in 2 different counties. I'll never go anywhere else for my HVAC services. MRC is the best in the business. Outside unit quit kicking on last night. Called them this morning at 8am and they were able to squeeze me in by around noon. I was at work and my wife and 2 daughters were home. No concerns at all about them being there when I wasn't. They are the most trustworthy and respectable people. You will not find a more reliable and honest company for your HVAC needs. They have never tried to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Have never felt any pressure from them like I have in the past with other companies. I'm always impressed by how fast they figure out the problem and get my system going again. I've even had an entire system replaced by them in the past and they did an amazing job and were done so fast. It passed all inspections and requirements when I sold that home. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to my family and closest friends. Thank you MRC for being the best!!!

It breaks my heart to have to downgrade my review on this store.

There are a lot of good people working there and the Store Manager runs the store like a Swiss watch and inventories the store well.

Unfortunately a simple carpet installation became a nightmare as I was ping-ponged back and forth between the Bridgeton flooring desk and their corporate measurement department.

Corporate insisted that I pay $6.50 a square yard custom installation fee on a carpet that only cost $1.80 per square yard. They said the local store could reverse the charge for glue-down installation, but the local store said they couldn't. The Bridgeton flooring desk said only corporate could make the change but they couldn't.

Hacci-macci. Took my business elsewhere. Was not worth recovering the $35 measurement fee to be in the middle of a "not me" tussle between corporate and Bridgeton..

Only one bad experience, but golly, it was a doozy that wasted a precious vacation day and hours more on the phone.

Not at all good service, technicians are not professional, just movers guys. Damage my drywall, and front door, don’t know how to install gas range vs electric range. When it comes to refund the money for not installing equipment and damage of drywall they refund pennies instead of actual cost. Refrigerator Door came with few dents. Now fighting with multiple companies to getting it sorted out.

Absolute Joke. I went to the store to purchase carpet for a whole house. I got to the store and sat in the flooring department for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I should have left then. Once I selected my 72 hour install carpet, I was informed that the lead time was actually 2 weeks. So I selected about 3 more carpets, all of which had similar lead times. I was finally able to decide on something and scheduled them to come out and measure. They did and then the real nightmare started. I probably spent 15 hours, calling, being placed on hold, being hung up on, and calling with no one ever answering to the install company. After a solid week of this, someone finally answered and scheduled my install for a month and a half out!!!!! So much for a 72 hour install. This was the last thing we needed to do before we could list our house for sale so it completely messed up our timeline. When I scheduled the appointment I told them I would likely be calling back to cancel because I couldn't wait that long for the install and they acted like it was no problem and told me they just needed 48 hour notice. Well I just called the store to cancel and they are charging me a 15% restocking fee which will end up being almost $300. Great business model, provide no service, drive the customer completely insane, and then charge them hundreds of dollars for their troubles. I flip houses and spend thousands of dollars a year at Home Depot buying tile, flooring, appliances, cabinets, and construction materials. If they want to loose out on that business over $300, that's on them. I'm happy to give my business to Lowes and Menards.
