I've never lived in MO or had HVAC work done by this company, but I get daily calls from them trying to collect a debt. I looked online and these harassing calls are happening to TONS of people who have also never used this company's services. Get it together, MRC Services! I am tired of getting calls from Rhonda Jackson from MRC Services who says I have a lawsuit pending in St. Louis. I rent an apartment and live in Los Angeles, ffs!!

MRC exceeded our expectations! Our biz A/C went out during the early June heat wave of 2018. MRC was able to provide same day service to verify our system was indeed DOA and replaced within days. Great service.

5 gold stars for Mark and his staff. From first contact Tuesday at 8AM to new air conditioner installed and working by 2 the next day, Wednesday they were professional in every way. The new Rheem 3 ton unit is the quietest compressor I've ever had. Apparently the same unit Mark's helper installed at his grandma's house. What else matters more than taking care of your family.

Right after Christmas, my heat went out overnight. I called the next morning to see if they could come out and fix it and they fit me in right away. They quickly diagnosed a dirty flame sensor to be the culprit. They cleaned it up and checked to make sure the heat kicked on and off properly a few more times. The guys spent less than thirty minutes on the job and showed me what to do if it happened again. I was only without heat for twelve hours thanks to Mark & his awesome team. I will absolutely use them again & recommend to anyone!!

The most honest and trustworthy company around. Small, family owned and operated, but can handle big and small jobs both commercial and residential. Mark has taken care of the heating and cooling at my job for the 10 years we've been open, as well as everyone in my family and many of my friends. He is a phenomenally knowledgeable and honest businessman.

My furnace quit working on the coldest evening of the year. After attempting to fix it ourselves and finding the shutoff valve was broke, I called MRC and they were to me within a couple hours. They fixed the issue and replaced the valve for me. Their customer service is also great to work with and incredibly polite.

Mark came out and worked on the problem with my AC the same day we called. There was a secondary issue that was actually the problem. I had a problem with the bill being to high. When I contacted him about my concern with the bill, the issue was quickly corrected. I fully recommend MRC services to anyone with a broken furnace or AC.

MRC Services is a strong business in our community that values their customers and makes sure that things are done properly the first time around. They are great to their customers and go out of the way to get the job accomplished in a timely fashion. Wouldn't use any other HVAC company in the area- This is one you can trust!

I have used MRC for years and recently discovered that a new furnace was installed without a permit from the county and in the permit process discovered the air conditioning was also installed without a permit. This was a tremendous let down, as it literally has to be uninstalled and corrected costing me thousands more. Needless to say I will NOT ever use MRC again. BUYER BEWARE! I now have to hire a new contractor to make corrections and will cost me several $2400. to have it corrected. DON'T USE MRC SERVICES!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MRC SERVICES!!
I gently found out I had the wrong size filter as recommended by MRC! The shot work has all been corrected at a cost of $2400. It's working the way it should haven the first place NO thanks to MRC Services. I wonder how many of the reviews her have permits for the work done on their homes by MRC Services.

Our furnace went out overnight on a Friday night, so I called a couple different places Saturday morning. I originally called a different place (CNO in St Peters) who scheduled a time to come out. They never showed up for my appointment, and didn't return any of my calls to their office when I called them back multiple times. Awful.

I called MRC this morning to take a look. Mark was out within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem and got it up and running super quickly. Extremely satisfied with his work and timely response. Very impressed.

My recent experience with Mark at MRC Services was perfect! I was slightly embarrassed to find out that the solution to fixing my furnace was extremely simple. However, Mark not only showed me how to fix the issue but then also took the time to explain the overall workings of my furnace and how to troubleshoot future problems. He was never condescending in his explanation, and I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me understand my heating and cooling systems. The entire process of calling and scheduling a service call was flawless. I would highly recommend SRC to anyone experiencing heating or cooling issues.

The guys at MRC are absolutely amazing! They came over to check out our unit and sat with us to discuss our options. In the end, we went with a new furnace. They set up an appointment immediately and installed a great furnace with a humidifier. This was all done with great timeliness and at an affordable cost. I would HIGHLY recommend MRC Services.
