Stay away from businesses like this. Takes a long time to get loaded 6hrs or more. Be aware. Btw I was not impressed with positive attidudes

A poorly ran business, employees do not matter, the rotation of management shows they have no managerial skills bad place to do business. You better off buying an air conditioner heating system from carrier trane is no longer a good brand

Truck driver donot come here for load they will make you wait from 6 hours to 10 hours n when u ask them they have always one answer ,we will call u when it is done we have ur number

These reviews are old, I was in and out within an hour. No overnight parking. Very nice people at the reception desk.

Showed up 15 minutes before 0600 appointment. Put me immediately on a dock. Empty in an Hour.

I was an hour early…..had no problems….got a door….backed in….unhooked.took about an hour, and I was out 12/22/21

It was not bad to me, arrived 3 hrs earlier than my appointment time and gott out loaded within 2 hrs

Truckers - avoid this place! Our truck waiting for hours until broker canceled the load, shipping manager so rude - refused to release the trailer even after we told him that the load is cancelled.

Excellent place to deliver a drop trailer. The people are super nice!!! I was in and out of there in less than an hour.

Truckers stay away from this place if you are live un/load, i wanted to leave after 5 hours on the dock but they "accidentally" locked my trailer, left it there anyway, never going back

Pick up appt. was at 12pm (noon) our driver didnt get loaded until next day 3:30am... never taking a load from here again..

Easy place to find for semi make sure you park behind the sign along the curb walk back toward the entrance for shipping an receiving sometimes there's a wait

3rd evening they just told me my trailer won't be loaded until tomorrow morning. Ridiculous entrance, tight turns, more than that waiting forever. Their yard dog attitude is bonus. This place is a joke.!

Trucking companies BEAWARE! this facility treats you like trash. Unbelievable wait times. And the shipping manager named "Will" is an absolute disgrace to human kind. Had me wait an additional 2 hrs because he "didn't have time to accept my delivery." Finally called broker and they pressured him to get me out of there or we'd refuse delivery. A true definition of a Narcissist.

Very impressed with the positive attitudes of the people in this place. Visited there today and was blown away with the buy in of a common goal with every team member I came in contact with. The processes the have in place allow them to minimize defects to the dealers they support. Definitely a top notch company!

I'm an OO and when I read the reviews before going there I was scare of how long they would take BUT I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Iwhen I backed up to the dock, there were fork lift drivers waiting on me already. I don't know if in the past they used to be unorganized but my experience was phenomenal. Thank you Trane.

These are hard working people in that warehouse. Some of these drivers complaining are not mentioning that they show up too early or even arrive late for their loads. I've hung around to see how hard these people work even in the heat and humidity of the St. Louis summer. The people in the shipping office are great to work with, even having to deal with an old intercom system they still manage to make things happen. The security officer that gets the temperatures is extremely polite to the drivers, and anyone else that passes through from what I've seen. All in all the Trane supply warehouse people are great and do great work.

Whoever wrote the good reviews have got to work for Trane.
Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment ( drop & hook) trailer was not empty. At this point I've been here 6.5 hours, along with about 6 other trucks.
Charge a rate high enough to get your detention up front.

I will NEVER pu or deliver to this location ever again. I showed up yesterday at about 9 am and they had me park at Loves Truck Stop until they get a dock door. The called at 12 to tell me bring my trailer back to door 15 and go drive my tractor back to loves. They said they’d call me once my trailer was loaded. I sat from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm to get a call. Since I stayed up that whole time I wasn’t driving tired. So I said I’d be there first thing in the morning when they open. I show up and they don’t even have the bills done yet. They are just taking their time as I sit here waiting for the bills. I’m warning all truckers, this company will have you sitting. If you can and get this address, deny the load. For all of you who can’t deny the load, I’m sorry. Hope you have laundry or something to pass the time.

Driver completely blocked Street and driveways, refused move to let residents vehicles by. Driver used profanity and threats when requested to move truck.
