Was told over 3 weeks ago i would get a quote via email that i never received. I called today looking for the quote and was told that me asking for 3 different quotes to have options to choose from was to much work for her(Kaitlyn).

Olivia, Omar, and their crew were efficient and meticulous in their work. They turned a space that was overgrown and unused into a perfect space. They removed several small trees and overgrown plants and weeds while navigating lots of large tree roots. The patio turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend their work!

Do you have landscaping, grading, retaining wall needs? LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are the absolute best. I have used them multiple times in the past on different homes and they treat their clients like family, really thinking through the project and offering such a vivid image of the quality work you’re going to get. Omar and Olivia even went so far to make my neighbor happy with their side of the yard. I can not recommend them enough - great communication, fair prices. 5 stars all the way. Call the O’s today!

Duration Construction did a chimney repair for my neighbor. They began work around 8:00AM. My car was parked in MY driveway directly beneath the chimney. Around 1:30PM, one of the employees came to my front door and asked me to move my car, which I did immediately. My car had not been moved from that spot for more than 2 weeks as I was recovering from surgery and was unable to drive. Later that day, I noticed a chip in my windshield which was not there before. The next day, after my car had been locked and closed up over night, I noticed that the chip had now extended into about a 20" crack. I mentioned this to the employees and asked if they had dropped anything onto my car prior to them asking me to move it. They said that they didn't think so, but were not certain. The next day, this information was sent to Duration Construction. After multiple attempts to contact them, 5 weeks after this incident, the owner of the company contacted me and said that there was no way of proving that his employees caused the crack and was only willing to pay half of the cost of a windshield replacement. I find this completely unacceptable from ANY reputable company and would strongly suggest not using them!

Duration did a full roof replacement with DaVinci synthetic slate for my 100 year old Tudor-style home. It looks amazing.

I got no less than 8 quotes, and chose Duration in the end. Why? Because I got the distinct impression that I was getting an exceptional quality product at a very fair (perhaps slightly better than fair) price.

I chose them sensing that I would be getting the best value, and I was not disappointed. They did an exceptional job and I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the results of my roof and siding from this company. From start to finish, their carpentry and workman ship was very professional. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.. I have received many compliments on my color selection from my neighbors! Great job!!!

My wife and I met with Shawn from Duration Costruction.he thoroughly explained products options and was patient explaining the procedure..we had other estimates and in the end knew we made the right choice using Duration..the crew protected our surroundings and were efficient..and did a super job on our beautiful roof..they kept the schedule on time and after job was done you would not have known they were there..

Duration put a new roof and gutters on my house in the Fall of 2020. This included new flashing around my masonry fireplace. They did high quality work at the exact times I needed it. There hasn’t been a single problem in the past 3 years. And they handled all the insurance. Thanks!

A redacted version of my statement to the Better Business Bureau:

We entered into a contract with Duration Construction August 2024. We promptly received a receipt of payment from Duration Construction.

The contract was for the replacement of the following:
Clay tile roofing
Asphalt shingle vertical siding
Wooden tongue-and-groove soffit paneling
Aluminum fascia
Aluminum gutters
Aluminum downspouts

The scope of work specified that:
The clay tile roofing would be replaced with underlayment and standing seam steel metal roofing.
The asphalt shingle vertical siding would be replaced with standing seam steel metal siding.
The wooden tongue-and-groove soffit paneling would be replaced with vented aluminum soffit panels.
The aluminum fascia, gutters, and downspouts would be replaced with new aluminum components.

After paying the deposit, Duration Construction made no effort to contact me or schedule the work. Multiple attempts to contact Duration Construction were made in November 2024, December 2024, and January 2025 to inquire about the status of the project.

Work eventually began in February 2025 and resulted in partial completion. Duration Construction then left the job without notice, leaving behind uninstalled materials, debris, removed materials, and company equipment.

Attempts to contact Duration Construction resumed in March, May, and June 2025. An email sent August 2025 resulted in a phone conversation. 08/11/25 is when I last spoke with a representative of Duration Construction. During that conversation, I was told my project was a “high priority” and that work would resume “in a couple of weeks.” As of 09/11/2025, no one has returned to the site to resume work, nor has anyone contacted me with updates.

All of the times I was able to reach a representative, I received only a series of excuses and apologies regarding the status of my project. The last proactive communication from Duration occurred in August 2024, when they encouraged me to make the initial payment.

I wish I could give them a zero star review. Just bought a house didnt know about a warranty transfer date deadline. Im 4 weeks over the deadline when the ac unit went out again. I should have 8 remaining years of coverage but now I have 3 all because I didnt transfer warranty information. Top notch customer service here all they care about is getting out of their warranty from selling garbage equipment. Pay top shelf prices for joe blow level service. At the end of my 3 years I will never use this company again. Manager is to busy to talk on the phone how convenient for a pencil pusher. If you want to get screwed over you came to the right place!
