Moises was very professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job on our carpet. I appreciated the text reminder he sent the day before, as well as the text he sent the morning of our appointment to let me know his distance from our home prior to his arrival. He arrived in perfect time, was in and out and took good care of our carpets all the while communicating everythinghe was going to do. We will definitely be calling them again for future cleaning!

I love working with this company. I’ve used them many times & they always professional. Moses was early, personable, professional and knowledgable. He helped removed the stains I was terrified about setting. My carpets looked brand new. I always look forward with working with them future. I’ve used them for 3 years now. Our family homes are always cleaned with such care.

This was a great experience. The technician was accommodating and friendly. He explained things thoroughly. All necessary procedures were swiftly put in place to clean the carpets in the garage due to hardwood flooring throughout the house that the carpeting laid upon. The end result was great looking carpets! I would highly recommend them.

Like always Clean Green and their team comes through! Moises came out and cleaned the downstairs carpet at our new house. The previous owners had 2 large dogs. The carpet was pretty bad but Moises did a fantastic job! He went over it a couple times to make sure it was clean for my 2 year old to roll around on. We were considering other companies but I am so glad we didnt - for the 4th time we went with Clean Green and their team and were again thrilled with the results! Moises came out and cleaned the 1st floor, most of the 2nd floor, and the stairs and a path in our basement. The carpet was pretty bad in places but Moises did a fantastic job! He went over the worst spots a couple times to make sure it was clean for my grand daughter. Being retired, we went with them on price, speed to schedule us, professionalism, punctuality and quality of work. They worked with us on pricing which we appreciate! I’m grateful for the last minute service and will continue to refer my family and friends to them. Thanks Moises and Clean Green for our clean holiday season !!

This carpet was very badly stained from a dog accident that occurred months prior, I truly did not think the stain would come out, but the technicians were able to get everything back to looking brand new. Both technicians were very friendly and courteous. They gave me helpful tips on how to keep my dryer vent in good shape and were very knowledgeable. One technician even came back in to make sure he got every spot up! I would definitely recommend their services.

Ryan did a great job cleaning our bedrooms. He was super polite and friendly. The dingy spots when you first walk in doorways came out. We will definitely be using them in the future to maintain our carpets. Thank you, Ryan!

Jamelle came out today and cleaned our air ducts. He was prompt, communicated well, professional and courteous, and did an AMAZING job! I was nervous because we've never had our ducts cleaned (in almost 10 years of renting with multiple animals and kids) and I was unsure of the overall experience. After getting quotes from several companies, Clean Green was by far the most affordable AND was able to come out within 2 weeks of scheduling! The entire process was unbelievably easy, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Our air ducts are now PRISTINE and I have peace of mind with the cold months ahead that our air quality will be the best it can be. I cannot speak highly enough of the company, Jamelle, and the cleaning. I'll be referring everyone I know to Jamelle and Clean Green, and they've earned a customer for life!

This company is awesome. They were on time and did an excellent job on my carpet and upholstery. The technician that came out was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

12/19/25 - bad experience and bad customer service. Tech running late. Nobody bothered to call. Tried to get an ETA from the tech by calling the main number. Someone else called me back to try to reschedule. No. This was MY window. Tried to call again to get someone out here. Scheduling desk didn’t want to give a manager’s contact info. Tried calling the number that called me to reschedule and they won’t answer or return my calls. I guess I’ll see when the tech gets here. My time is valuable to me, but not to them. Never again.

Today, August 16, 2025, Clean Green Carpet Cleaning cleaned my daughter’s home carpets. She is about to bring home a premié baby with respiratory challenges and we really needed the carpet as clean as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Jay at their office and Moises, the technician that did the work. Not only was Jay so very patient and helpful (I live in Atlanta, my daughter in St Louis), but she made sure all needs were met. And Moises was incredible. I spoke to him before and after the service and what a kind and thoughtful man. Just incredible. I was on the phone with my son-in-law when Moises was leaving and Moises, understanding the criticality of the job and the newborn baby on the way home, stopped to make other helpful suggestions relating to the duct work and ventilation. My daughter called a little later and was effusive about how wonderful the carpets looked and joked that her husband wasn’t allowing anyone to walk on them because they looked so good. I just want to say a huge thank you to Jay and Moises. We will 100% be using your services again. 🙏🏻

My carpet was filthy with stains and now it looks brand new! I wish I would’ve taken a before pic but I forgot. He also did my stairs. The cleaning guy was very nice, prompt and professional. He was also done very quickly! They are very reasonably priced and very accommodating. Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job, I will definitely be referring you and using your company in the future.👍🏾

Moises and his team did a great job on my hallway stairs and area rugs. Had a tough stain on stairs that did not come out fully the first time - they were quick to return and get it all out few days later.

I had Moises clean 4 rooms of carpet that were badly stained with dog urine. He was flexible to my schedule. The carpets were cleaned and almost removed the dog odor. Still a hint of urine odor considering the cost of the treatment.

Very professional, always does a fantastic job. Prompt, timely service is what you can expect from a well trained staff.

We use NeatNest for our office cleaning and they are organized, professional, and do a great job. I would recommend them highly.
