We have been using Clean Green Carpet Cleaning for 7 years. In that time, they have been very prompt, professional, and thorough. Even more importantly, they’ve been friendly and very responsive if I needed a follow up. I am referring to a recent issue involving a previous stain that had been effectively dealt with and was not showing, but came back after the most recent cleaning! WHAT?
It’s a phenomenon they called “wicking”. So Clean Green did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpet but after they left I had this NEW/OLD stain. I really was freaking out because it was very noticeable. So I called their office to explain the problem and coincidentally, the head of the company happened to be there and said he would take care of us that afternoon. And he did. He brought all the equipment back in and spent the next 90 minutes painstakingly working on that one stain. Before he left he made sure the area had dried and would not be “wicking”. 😄

I have always had my carpet shampooed not steam cleaned. I will never have a company shampoo my carpet again. I now prefer steam cleaning. Moises was the person that cleaned my carpet. Moises was awesome! Excellent service! It’s been too long since I had my carpet cleaned. Before cleaning, the areas under the furniture was light and the high traffic areas were obviously dirty. After cleaning, the high traffic area was “nearly” the same as the light area. On a scale of 1-10 for comparison of before and after, my husband gave it a 9 and my son gave it an 8. That is pretty remarkable given that we have not cleaned the carpet in 3 years! The carpet was super dirty! The carpet in the other room was perfect! I definitely will use Clean Green again.😊

I was pleased that the Groupon pricing was honored without the hassle of using Groupon. The technician was communicative about their arrival, easy to work with, thorough, and kind. I wish I would have known about the pet cleaner upgrade pricing more clearly or ahead of time so I could have made a more intentional decision about the upgrade. Never used their service before but today one of their vans pulled up next to me at a stoplight and then tried to run me off the road by taking a right turn from the left turning lane. I was in the middle of a left turn myself and we almost collided. Luckily I was quick with my breaks and horn otherwise
I would have t-boned the van for making an illegal turn. Will not recommend, will not use.

This company did a wonderful job on the carpet in my home. I have used other companies in the past but none of the people who have come into my home have seemed to have really cared about the work. Jason showed that he really and truly cares about his work and it shows when he is finished. He does such a good job and it has left me feeling very happy with choosing Clean Green. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will ask for Jason every time. I know that he will do a great job and that he really cares about his customers.

They give you reminder calls and texts and he calls on the day of appointment to let you know his arrival time. This is great to make sure kids get their naps👍. Definitely recommend!

Moises was Awesome, as he did what I requested and the carpets looked great when he finished cleaning them. I had ridges in my master bedroom carpet and he stretched the carpet which got rid of the ridges perfectly. Moises was very personable and professional! Had a 9am to 11pm window. Never heard anything. I called talked to Rocky asking about my appt. Said he would call me back in 15min. A hour later Rocky called me back wanting to know what I needed?? Told him again no carpet tech. Said he would call Ryan to see what's up. ROCKY called me back 30min later again wanting to know how he could help me??? Tech never showed up Haven't heard anything else from Green Clean I donnot recommend make your own decision. Also they canceled me once.

I've witnessed this company make al least four illegal and extremely dangerous turns over the past year, such as turning right from a left-turn lane. Today, I saw one of your vehicles pull out of a gas station near St. Charles Rock Road, cutting across multiple lanes of traffic and nearly colliding with an SUV. The SUV driver had to honk to avoid a crash.

I have called your office at least twice in the past year to report these reckless incidents, yet your drivers continue to endanger others on the road. It is clear your company has no regard for public safety. Do not use them. The license plate this time was 2AG-J50 and they should be terminated immediately.
