I was referred to Dalmation from both family & friends. I have used their services a few times now and each time I am pleasantly surprised. The first time I needed the chimney cleaned to the house I just moved into. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. The second time, for some reasons my (older) cat had decided to use the carpeting in the basement as a litter box. If you are familiar with how bad it smells, I knew it was going to be a tough job to get that smell out. The carpeting is old, so I thought about replacing it. But Dalmation came out and cleaned it. In addition to getting all the stains out of the carpeting, the hideous smell is gone! GONE and the carpeting looks brand new! Each time I have used their services, their crew called to let me know when approximately they would be arriving, what they would be doing and how long it would take.

Dalmation and their crew are awesome, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

PS. for some reason I am not able to upload the photos, but the difference in my carpet is night and day.

We had our vents cleaned in our house. Oh my, the difference it has made. Well worth it..Thanks Brandon and crew. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional he listened and answered all my questions. Also, while the crew was there I paid a little extra to have my dryer vent cleaned. It made a world of difference there as well..Thanks again, Dalmatian, I really appreciate you guys..

Ken and the team at Dalmation did an amazing job with our fire restoration. We started the process with another large, nationally known restoration company and had nothing but issues with them. The issues were so bad, we parted ways with them midway through our clean-up. One call to Ken and we knew he would take care of us. His team was prompt, courteous and worked hard to get the job done correctly. Their level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. We wish we had called them first. If you have a water or fire restoration project, Ken and his crew will get you back in business!

We just had our carpets done by Dalmation Cleaning and they did an AMAZING job. They look great and smell so fresh and clean. Our service tech was a great guy. He was so professional and he took care of every detail. We couldn't be happier and we will use them again after the holidays.

If you ever need your duct work or carpets cleaned.... I highly recommend Dalmation Cleaning & Restoration. Ken was who did mine and he was exceptional. He went above and beyond, was very thorough doing his job, answered all of my stupid questions without making me feel stupid.

We had a great experience with Dalmation’s services. Ken, Randy, and their team, handled multiple projects at our new (old) home including mold remediation (on floors, walls, and ceilings) chimney cleaning, and air duct cleaning. They were efficient and professional. The work was well done, they were responsive throughout the process, and very honest. I’m pleased with the work and would definitely recommend and use their company again!

I called on Tuesday and was able to schedule for first thing Wednesday morning, much to my surprise. I was told between 8-10 a.m., and the tech would call when he’s on his way. Moises texted me Wednesday at 8:04 a.m. and apologized for running late, saying that it would be around 8:30 when he arrived. (Totally NOT late! ☺️) This already indicated to me that he wasn’t one to overpromise and underdeliver.

Moises was very personable and professional. He asked if there was any problem stain areas, and I said only one that I was aware of which was a bug glob of something behind the changing table in the nursery that had hardened into the carpet, possibly baby lotion. It was stuck in there good and I couldn’t get it out, but Moises said he’d see what he could do with it.

I could tell that Moises was very conscientious in his work. He was very thorough, didn’t rush through the process, and was not afraid to spend extra time in any area that he felt may have needed more attention. We had him clean 5 rooms, stairs, and also our sofa and loveseat. Everything turned out great, and Moises even got the hardened glob of goo out of the carpet!! 🙌🏼😁

This was our first time using this company, and they also saved us about $150 over a bid I received from the company we have previously used. I would not hesitate to recommend Clean Green to others!

The carpet was CLEANED very well the best I’ve used. The lack of knowing what I should do and what they don’t do wasn’t communicated at all. I’m the past the carpet cleaning company came in and vacuum my floor before cleaning BUT my cleaner said I should already done this and it should been stated in an email. Email??? Never knew they communicated by email mine was all by A TEXT.

I moved into a new place and was worried about the carpets and upholstery, especially with covid concerns. Rhet came to the appointment and quickly and effectively cleaned and sanitized both. The upholstery and carpet look new now!

I had inquired about getting my vents cleaned just to be safe, and he could have upsold it, but he let me know that the vents were in great shape and would not really benefit from that. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty in not performing needless services with additional expenses.

Overall, great work, very professional, gave me tips about maintenance going forward, and made me feel so much better about the cleanliness of my house. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Clean Green Carpet Cleaning. They have affordable prices, professional staff and good communication. The carpet technician, Moises did an amazing job! He is fast, friendly, knowledgeable! He gave our old carpet new clean look. I would definitely use this company again.

I have used Rhett repeatedly in both my home and our office for years. He is quick to respond to inquiries, keeps me updated on arrival times and the carpets look amazing after his service(s). I am involved in a rescue and my fosters are prone to have accidents. Rhett's treatments do amazing things to prolong the life of my carpets. I will never use anyone else. Thank you!

Jason was nothing short of exceptional...really friendly guy. He hadn’t even left yet and I was back on their website seeing what else they could do for us. He’s professional, thorough, and you can tell he wants to get the job done the right way. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Moises showed up ontime. He was very professional, very quick and I was amazed at how clean my carpets are. I had deep stains in my high traffic areas and they are completely gone. I have already called and referred them to my sister. AWESOME!!

Terrible experience won’t ever consider this company again! First They tried to overcharge me, then they sprayed their “fogger” in all my vents (without my permission or knowledge until it was too late) and the chemical solution leaked out of one of my vents onto my floor below!! (Pic attached)

The experience from start to finish was awful and the manager who showed up to remedy the situation in the end, did nothing. He just collected the payment and asked that we give them another shot LOL

Nobody told me at any point during booking, confirmation or after the tech shows up that a “fogger” was part of their service when I booked them.
I would’ve opted out of receiving a mystery liquid substance being sprayed in my vents.
I feel like they just added that “service” without my knowing and tried to charge me for it
