First time in this showroom and I was really excited to see what they had. We were looking for faucets and light fixtures. We were greeted at the front desk by a woman who was pleasant enough, but basically pointed us toward the back. So we went back there, wandered around lost for 20 minutes or so. We had several questions but nobody offered any assistance. We were the only customers in the store. I found that to be extremely rude, so we left. As we walked out, the woman at the front desk told us to have a nice day. Not "can I help you with something? Did you find what you needed?"
So we went somewhere else and spent our money where we were well taken care of.
I'll never look in Ferguson again.

I have never had a worse experience. We purchased a new dishwasher on ferguson.com in March, it was installed and has never worked correctly. We have been reaching out to get this resolved for almost 6 months. We have had EIGHT visits to our home. Today is the last straw, our sales person (Megan) has repeatedly dismissed phone calls, not responded to emails and not followed up. She promised us last week that the new unit was at the warehouse, to be delivered no later than tomorrow. We started calling today to get a delivery time...guess what? No delivery scheduled. We called and asked to speak with her, but she was with a customer, we asked to speak with a manager, that person was supposed to call us back. Couple hours later, NOTHING. Called again and asked to hold for the manager, after 30 seconds I was dumped in to voicemail, called back and got the recording that they are closed. We will never buy anything from Ferguson again and I highly recommend you don't either. The customer service is the most awful I have ever encountered...and I still don't have a dishwasher. Unbelievable.

They knew what they were doing with replacing closet mirrors in an older home. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and reasonably priced.

I paid roughly in labor $900 an hour, In and out in 2 hours, pleasant people to talk with but to help figure out my leak problem or walk through it with me in person did not happen, 9' crack repair and it leaks above the repair, worse than before, tried to get them to come out and view it in person, but they had me send pictures of the leaks and diagnose that, they did what they said they were going to do, but my problem was I wanted a company to work with me on figuring out a permanent solution. So, I'm moving on to another company.

I can't recommend Stratum Structural Systems highly enough. When I called them out to look at a large void under my front porch and a sunken sidewalk, they easily could have sold me on a costly repair. Instead, they took the time to walk me through the underlying issues in detail, recommended a different approach, and turned down the job altogether. It's rare to find a contractor with this kind of integrity.

Highly recommend this company! Dan is super easy to work with--very responsive! He does exactly what he says he will do and when he says he will do it!
The install crew was just one of the best construction-type experiences I've ever had as far as being courteous, on time, very professional, super skilled and efficient.
And my fence (6 ft pressure treated dog ear panel) just looks perfect. I could not be more pleased with the results!!!
