Had a great experience with Edgewater Pools. Did a wonderful job on our pool and executed our vision of what we wanted. And they were quick. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Pools are a big investment, so it is important to get the right company. I picked Edgewater pools over several others and I was not disappointed. They were Outstanding in every way. Their design abilities, pool experience and quality work was outstanding. They really did exceed my expectations! With all projects there are issues that arise, but EdgeWater pools took the responsibility and made it right! People that see our pool and are amazed at its design and quality. I get asked if I had to do it over would I still use Edgewater pools or go to another company. Without a second thought I would use EdgeWater pools again!
horrible business!!! So disheartening to think you hired a "top of the line custom pool builder", really the most expensive bid but they said "they stand behind you, they go the extra mile, they have the best products", etc., then feel you get cheated, that they are dishonest and not upfront about things, that their communication and the way they do business is just bad, they changed things on the contract you didn't "catch"- It's so wrong................just venting! If you've had this experience, I feel ya! It's the worst. Ugh.....
Edge Water Pools is the best. we had our pool installed within the timeline outside of some unavoidable rain days which couldn't be helped. the professionalism and work ethic of Greg and his team was unmatched. All of our questions were answered immediately and effectively throughout the process. There were never any surprises, very competitive and quality product. I researched a ton before making a choice and I'm so glad we chose Edge Water! Greg still calls to check up on is from time to time, excellent customer service and I can say we gained a trusted friend!
Edge Water installed a pool last year. Great to work with. They hit the timeline as promised. Price was competitive and we are happy campers
I am updating a negative review I gave this company. Although I had the problems as previously posted for my first pool season, the owner Keith Chandler and his guys, Fred and Dillon, came through for me this season. The pool is open and looks brand new as promised to me. Keith continues to stand behind his company and their work, he has answered and responded quickly to my every call and worked with me every step of the way to finally correct the initial problems. In many cases it's too little, too late but I now have a new confidence in Keith and his installers at Scenic Pool. M
