I am pretty sure I received the worse customer service ever from Secure 24. I do not write reviews but the horrible way Secure 24 handles business is almost fraudulent. Once you have signed your contract and made it passed 3 days, they do not care about your services. I tried to cancel my service after realizing ADT would not work for me. Due to wifi, the camera continues to go on/offline and now have been completely down for 48 hours. I called the actual ADT Saturday to cancel and was told I have until Monday to make a final decision since both are not open on weekends so it does not count, only business days. Monday came and the first two people Josh and Richard said yes this is the last day. Richard pretended like he was going to work to get it cancelled and needed to call me back. Never received a call back, but when I called again, Will and Luis said Saturday was the last day and I should have left a message. Will was so rude and unprofessional, he did not care one way or another. You can truly tell the call center does not value good customer service or serving their customers. A manager, Dylan, finally called me back after reaching out to the sales rep and ADT. Still no help and continued with the lie about me having to Saturday to cancel regardless of what anyone else has told me. Their website even states M-F!! Do yourself a favor and do not go with Secure 24. I do not see how ADT still allow them to be an authorized partner. Once they bide you to a 3 year contract, they do not care. I am pretty sure if someone treated them like this, they would be highly offended. Again, I hope this review finds anyone who is researching and thinking about adding Secure 24. DON'T!!!! Good customer service goes a long way regardless of the real concern, and they DO NOT have it! Leadership needs to step up and make this a quality partnership and service across the board like I assume it once was.

Customer and Technical Service is poor and inconsistent. Unfortunately we moved into a home that already had ADT equipment. I looked at switching to another company, but the cost to switch was significant. It's hard to feel stuck with a company you would rather not do business with and seems content with poor customer reviews and ratings. If you are looking for security, I would not recommend ADT.

Warning do not use ADT! There is zero customer service after equipment is installed! They also hard sell after they arrive to install equipment. I'm locked in a contract for two years or I would cancel them now! Buyer beware!

Chris came out and did an OUTSTANDING job on cleaning our windows inside and out. He works tirelessly and his attention to detail is noteworthy. Besides just cleaning the windows inside and out, it also included screen washing, track vacuuming, and even sliding glass doors. It was actually a deeper clean than I had even hoped. I would recommend this company's window services to any who asked me. You will not be disappointed.

When you live on one of the *busiest streets in the city and you know of a new locally owned business in town that expertly and meticulously takes cleaning windows ( AND screens ) to the next level you get on their books and get it done!!!
UPDATE: We are so happy, almost 2 months after having this company come out, our windows are still spotless on the outside, no easy thing living on a busy, dusty street and what not! This filter system that they use is truly out of this world and the attention to detail is evident…after weeks! We highly recommend!

Everything about my experience with STL window cleaners was absolutely awesome. Chelsiee was very easy to work with on the phone. Chris came out and gave me an immediate bid. He was able to come back out that week to do the job. He did an awesome job on the windows. He also was a very polite, kind young man. It was a Christmas present for my parents and they were beyond happy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

American Service you are truly a great company. I called and Scott answered immediately very professional and polite. He listened to my issues and said that he could get a service tech out ASAP. I didn’t know that his ASAP would be a twenty minute wait but I am very grateful. Bryan on time and smiling listened as well what we had the problem w and immediately went to work. Graciously informing us of the things that he was doing and some of our other issues. I was pleased w the time it took for him to repair our fryers and go to the next step which was the bill. I started sweating a little bit because everything was going smoothly but the boil was just as I thought I would pay and not a penny more. Thank you Scott ,Bryan and Sylvia your customer service and professional services made my day I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Very great service!!!! Sylvia is great to work with and all their Service Techs are very knowledgeable!!

Sent a "service tech" out to troubleshoot/repair our icemaker. Took him over an hour to drive the 15 minute trip. He looked at the name plate, sat down and spent a half hour on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support dept. Told me the part they said I needed and billed me for 1.5 hours of service time. When I called the office about it, I found out that the "guaranteed satisfaction" they brag about apparently only means if you're NOT satisfied, you can kick rocks and find somebody else to serve your needs. They charge a set half hour travel time fee and apparently then also charge you "service" time for the time the tech is traveling to your facility. Save yourself some money and frustration and choose a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction instead of just talking about it.
