This to let all McBride current and future customers be aware of the warranty that McBride provides. The warranty states " The McBride Homes Builder's Limited Warranty states under the coverage limitations that the repairs will include the correction or replacement of only those surfaces, finishes and coverings that were part of the home when title was first transferred to the buyer."
So beware that if you ever have a warranty claim against McBride they will not care for any of your personal property or restore your house to the condition that it was in prior to the repair. They will not inform you of what they will be doing to allow you to make the necessary changes.
This is just to inform you of the warranty that they provide so you are not caught in a similar situation.
