The worst, our home warranty says they would take the claim. Calls goes to voice mail saying the phone #. Not a person's name or company name. They don't return calls. Says on website open 24/7. Obviously they don't have staff to answer calls. It seems like if you pay and not go thru a home warranty, this company will answer the call. No good.

The worst experience ever. The technician came over after being assigned to my home warranty after quickly saying his name he demanded the service fee. Taken back by his lack of customer service and common courtesy. I was shocked and said technicians usually ask what the problem is first then assess the situation then the service fee is paid. I should have known this is a shade tree business. He pulled up without any indication as to what business he works for on his vehicle. He didn't have any tools in his hand and before he called he stated that they only accept cash, cash app and venmo. Who doesn't accept card payments? A shady business. Do not waste your time on this horrible business.

This company acted very unprofessionally. They insisted on full payment for a warranty claim in cash before even stepping into our home or discussing the issue. After taking the money, they did absolutely nothing. We feel cheated and completely let down. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with them.

Very unprofessional. Asked for payment before even looking around, did not introduce himself, no logo on clothing or truck, no receipt for cash service, no business card, no tools. In home less than 10 minutes. I called their office Tim the owner and he hung up on me. Zero work performed. I would give Zero stars but not available. Stay away from this unsympathetic rude do called company.

I am totally satisfied from the estimate to the installation. Cody was great during the estimate, I understood everything that needed to be done and why. Safety was a priority! The estimate wasn’t the least expensive I received but the work done was the most thorough. Marco arrived on time and got to work , not a second was wasted. The work is neat and clean. My home was restored to its original condition. No trash or old parts were left on site. Potts Electric were very respectful of my home and time. Estimate on Tuesday to job done on Friday - same week!!! I will be calling Potts again for smaller electrical jobs.

I'm a truck driver.I brought them their product they ordered from Texas.Got there in 1 hour before they closed, the guy Kevin in the warehouse.I guess he's the manager , Through a hissy fit Because he didn't get to leave early, According
To his warehouse workers he likes to leave early. So see you monday so if anybody was needing product on my truck I apologize is not my fault.
If you don't like doing your job Kevin, you need to find something new to do.
I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with you.

Needed to place an order for Next Day Air on Friday, 11/3 before noon. Called to confirm stock and tried to place the order over the phone, but the employee (Mike) insisted I place the order online. I said OK and told him I would do so immediately. The next day the order never arrived and Butler Supply was closed so I couldn't get any answers. This caused a major hold up with our job. Today, Monday 11/6 I had to call 3 times before someone finally found out the order was never processed. No apology. No refund of any type offered. I basically had to do their job for them. Thankfully this was a one time purchase. Future buyers beware. Not an organized company at all.

They go to great lengths to ensure correct material and quick delivery. Dave Holloway and Bill Kean are the BEST !
