I had an amazing experience. They showed up on time and were incredibly flexible with me as I was trying to manage a few things that cropped up related to working from him. He was so patient and full of so much good information. He conducted a comprehensive analysis of our situation very quickly and was able to clear up and dispel some previously incorrect information we had been provided. We are thrilled with the result because it means we can actually have a functioning fireplace! All follow-up has been fast and professional. Just in time for the cooler weather. Can’t recommend this business enough.

What a great experience with Sweep it Honest! We recently were told our chimney was unsafe, and it was recommended to get thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements. Today, we were told the opposite! What I loved the most is the transparency and detailed explanations on all my concerns and questions. We are ready for fire season! 10/10 recommend!!!

I wasn’t looking forward to having my chimney cleaned because all i knew about it was what I saw in that scene from Mary Poppins with tarps covering the furniture and soot all over the place. It was nothing like that. Gino was very tidy. Only one tarp and that was to catch the soot. A lot of soot! But his vacuum got about half of it before it reached the tarp, he told me. He completed the job in about an hour. I couldn’t tell he’d even been there except that the fireplace was clean. He explained everything he did and the inspection results. Gino is very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about the service he provides. His pricing is a bit lower than most sweeps in the area. I will definitely be contacting him again next year but maybe sooner. I asked him for a quote to convert my fireplace to gas.

I am so glad I found this chimney sweep company. I strongly believe in supporting small local businesses as best I can. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. But this time? I cannot express enough what a great, professional, experience this was. Geno was so personable, kind, and did an AWESOME job. He shared the photo he took of before & after the clean as well as suggestions on how to better protect the chimney at my roof. I strongly recommend this company over the larger "corporate" companies out there any day of the week. This husband/wife team is far superior to the "big boys" !!

Gino did a great job and was very informative! I got a detailed report with before and after photos and he answered all my questions and helped me understand how often I should take care of a chimney! He was quick and thorough and I appreciated the work he did!

Gino is super knowledgeable and professional. They give you the family business feel with the big business expertise. They scoped and cleaned our chimney and when they found a problem the didn't gouge us on a repair cost, but they did take care of our needs in a very affordable way. We will be calling them annually to get our fireplace and chimney cleaned, possibly even to do our dryer duct.

Gino gave us our yearly check for our fireplace and did a great job cleaning out the creosote that's accumulated for a year. He showed us a picture of our chimney, and the amount of creosote that was cleaned off. We have confidence that we won't have issues with our frequent upcoming use of the fireplace over the fall/winter months. Gino is really friendly and was very prompt and we really appreciate his service. We would recommend him highly!

Gino did a fantastic job cleaning our chimney, educating us about our gas fireplace, and replacing the chase top on our chimney. I love that he has a small family run business and he clearly cares about doing his job well. I had booked an appointment with one of the bigger name companies, but then canceled and booked with Sweep It Honest after seeing all the great reviews and I am SO glad I did!! As someone who does not know a ton about fireplaces and chimneys I did not want to be taken advantage of with all sorts of “recommended services” we really didn’t need. Gino came in, did a thorough inspection and then showed us what he saw and why he recommended the cleaning. He did the same with the chase top on the roof, and ultimately left it up to us to decide what we wanted to do with it, no pressure at all.

Gino and his wife are lovely. I had a call back within 24 hours. Gino is super personable and very efficient, and honest about what we needed and what didn’t. Also didn’t judge me for my constant fear of the wasps coming through the fireplace, and had no problem masking for me since I am on an immune suppressant medication. Whenever we need assistance with our fireplace I wouldn’t call anyone else except for Sweep It Honest. Even the prices are really reasonable and I love supporting a small business!
