United Rentals was contacted when my stores heat went out. Not only were they very quick to respond but the technician, Brandon, was efficient and professional. He made sure the portable heating units were installed quickly and correctly and answered all of our questions before he left. Will definitely use them again.

Brandon came to our school today to install a rented air conditioner. From the get go, Brandon provided care and concern about our situation with no air. He took his time showing us how to use the equipment properly and how to care for the equipment. He was a true professional! I would highly recommend him mom and this company.

Great experience from the first phone call to the office to delivery and installation. Office manager took the time to explain options to me, then set up next-day delivery and installation. Brandon was amazing. Our AC units wasn’t working at our restaurant during a 90° to 100° weekend. His response time was right about an hour on a Saturday hooked everything up in less than an hour. Kitchen was cooled whole mood changed. Just wanted to say thank you

My ac was working just didn't seem to be working the best. The company sent out someone. He was very nice and friendly. He cleaned off the fins of the ac unit and fixed a slightly burnt connection. When he left he said all was good. Since he left the ac has not work and it still does not work. I called the guy and he asked me to flip the breaker. I did this and after 10 minutes the system still did not work. I called him again and he said he would be back out. That was about an hour and a half ago. Now I still have no ac, it's 8pm on a Saturday, and the main office is closed. Very poor customer service.

We used Innovative Companies at the recommendation of our contractor for a kitchen remodel and it was a huge mistake. The quote was based on detailed and well thought out plans that we worked on with our architect and that was the only time the plans were looked at. Nothing was done according to the plan and the layout of our light switches doesn’t make any sense, is sloppy and inconvenient. On top of that they invoiced us at 60% over the quote without once communicating that the job was going over budget. I struggled with posting a negative review because I never do this but every morning when I turn on the lights I’m reminded with how unhappy I am with the sloppy, lazy, overpriced job that was done and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

HVAC “tech” from Innovated came to perform a furnace cleaning, told him about a gas smell we had been having but all he did was blow out a few dirty areas of the furnace and try to sell me a preventive maintenance plan. Gas smell persists, so they send another tech that tells me my inlet and exhaust are too close together even though they have been in the same place for 20 years. Two weeks later carbon monoxide detectors are going off and a competent technician is able to tell me not just that I need to replace my heat exchanger, but also how easy it is to visually diagnose. I do not recommend Innovated to anyone.

Had an issue with my furnace and called these guys and they came out the same day, on a Sunday! The tech showed up within the time promised and got to work right away to fix my furnace. He did not try to sell me anything and was very pleasant to do business with. Anthony was the tech and he was great. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Innovated was assigned by my home warranty company for our AC unit that was failing. They came out, promptly diagnosed the problem and put in for a replacement fix. Got scheduled for installation as soon as the new condenser arrived from the warranty company, and installation went very smoothly. Even took off some of what the anticipated bill was supposed to be because the work wasn't required after all (alleged exclusions by AHS warranty company, who I would not give 5 stars to at all).

My AC broke this past summer (2019). My home warranty company uses Innovated Heating and Cooling. They came out and misdiagnosed my issue. My AC breaker tripped while they were there because the fan wouldn't start. The unit overheated so they sprayed it down and "clean it"; however, I think they were cooling it. They also talked about the replacement parts that were on it being a concern. I paid my $100. They reported to the home warranty company that it was a "routine cleaning". The next day my AC was broke again. Obviously the same issue (the fan motor). I called my home warranty company again and they sent them back out. They wanted to charge me $100 again (for the home warranty deductible) and I refused. I spoke to the accounting lady and she said it would be taken care of. Eventually I got a new AC fan motor after spending 3 weeks without AC. Needless to say, I forgot about the $100 because I was told "it would be taken care of" and I'm not paying the deductible twice for the same issue. Well just this week I got a certified letter demanding repayment for the $100. I didn't pay and refused because it was the SAME issue less than 24 hours later. I called them again about it....they said they would call me back. Never did. I would highly recommend to consider using a different company. I am sending in the $100 but I strongly disagree with them misdiagnosing the issue being my fault; in fact, seems like a scam to me.
