I have been with this company for years..... very seldom have I been disappointed. The recent visit by Mark was excellent. He found several things that will keep my older equipment going -- and advised me on several things that may be coming and will need attention in the future. I will ask for Mark again, because I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable and am pleased with this current visit . I have two systems. last year they worked on my second system & it has been working during this terribly hot weather. It needed attention & I feel now it was well worth it. So far, I have no complaints!
This has been a very bad year for air conditioning units. Mine so far are working well.

Outstanding company. I have used them since they were known as Air Masters. They replaced my HVAC system. Bilal A. (residential sales) proposed two options, both of which were good values. Don L. and Dan S. (installation technicians) did an excellent job. I highly recommend IFS for heating and cooling issues. Special thanks to Bilal A. for going the extra mile. You won't go wrong with IFS.

Called to work on ice maker, charged 120 for first visit to come look at machine. Ordered new harvest kit. They came and put on , we settled on payment about 500 dollars. The ice maker worked for about 8 hrs and new part failed. Paid another visit 100 per hr to come look at, they order another harvest kit. Showed up put on and worked for another 400 dollars. Service guy was great, but they company charges was outrageous. Call to talk to district manager, still waiting for call. I feel I should not be paying for them to come fix the part they put on and sold me.

I have been doing business with Integrated Facility Services for more than 20 years. Their technicians do excellent work.

On 9/26/19, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Bilal Aziz was the Residential Account Manager that I worked with; he did an awesome job in explaining my options and helped me in making my final decision.

I highly recommend IFS!

Bilal responded quickly to my call regarding my furnace flue and a leak I was experiencing. Mark A. came out and thoroughly inspected and determined the issue. I thought I was going to have to replace my furnace flue; however, Mark sealed it, painted it and it’s good as new for a fraction of a new flue. Quick response, professional and polite service! This is why I have been doing business with IFS for over 30 years!

I have been a valued customer of IFS, formerly Air Masters, since Sept. of 1998. Their service people are awesome, from the person that answers their telephone to make an appointment, on up the line. Mark Appelbaum, Asst. Residential Service Manager, is not only a wonderful person to know, he's a great service adviser. I always look forward to seeing him twice a year. Keep up the good work.

Mark from IFS has been doing my AC/Heater checkups for the past 5 years. He is incredibly professional and courteous. Back in May, he noticed that my water pressure was not where it should be. He recommended a Ariel, an IFS plumber. Ariel came out to fix our issue. She was great to work with and she answered all my questions. These two are the reason why I am thankful that I use IFS.

Absolutely love IFS for HVAC and Plumbing issues. I have used them extensively at the properties I manage and they are responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They are slightly higher than say a Roto-Rooter, but I know that the issue will be fixed correctly. Denise in scheduling is always so very pleasant when I have an issue in one of my apartments and she will work hard to get a technician out quickly. Would highly recommend IFS.

This is Pat Fagan with pmf general contractor I have used capital group for quite some time took a short pause for my business and now I called them and changed it it's an inconvenience to give me a price they don't stock the item so they would have to call the manufacturer to get a price and it just seemed to be such a task for the salesman to do and then he could not give me a return phone call he said just call back and check later I've never had bad service with capital group now I will never spend another penny with capital group

We did a minor remodel to our kitchen and wanted to match the existing Cardell cabinets. Capitol helped us figure out how to optimize our space while reusing the cabinets we already had. It was a minor remodel, but they treated us like we were spending millions. Really can't say enough about their customer service. I just wish every business treated customers the same way!

That was an amazing customer service and workmanship. They were highly skilled and well informed about their services. They gave us a favorable quote and we are very satisfied with the services. 10/10!!

Very impressed with these guys for showing up on time and taking care of our system. I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. Dan was very responsive by phone and text. They don’t service my area anymore but happened to be nearby and came right over when I had water leaking into my kitchen. They were very helpful and clear in communicating the issue with our A/C and how they were fixing it. I’d use them again!
