If you drive over the road, very difficult to get into. You will probably have to blindside into the driveway across the street because there are poles and big rocks on the corners of the entrance. There are also big rocks that line the neighboring property and where the rocks are missing, if it has rained, I saw deep tire ruts. When you get behind the building, the dock door isn't hidden, but don't miss because there is only about ten feet of pull up room, and watch out for the pole near the stairs.

The guys at the counter are very knowledgeable and give quick service. I buy almost all my parts from them and they make it a great experience.

This Johnstone branch bought our local branch in Illinois. We have been used to a certain available stock, format of operation, and personnel on the phone. Missouri stores are forcing their will on our local store and local employees which NOBODY is happy with. They are undermining the years of know how and relationship we have had locally and have found products marked up 100-200% from what was typical. They really need to trust the employees here in Illinois, let them do their job, and remember that the customer comes first. I really don't want to go to Rogers anymore.

My company uses them to stock our service vehicles; they're never available at the appointment time; staff have horrible attitudes. Completely negates the benefits of making these arrangements. Pricing appears competitive however.

Air-Tec has been our go-to HVAC service company for years. Whenever something comes up they are able to fix it the first time. Their preventative maintenance program has saved us lots of money by catching problems before they can happen. They are always on time, super helpful and friendly. When they leave, our HVAC system is running like it is brand new.

AC was not working on a Sunday night. Texted Jim, he called me right back. Had tech out next morning by 8 am. Awesome service, awesome guys. I'd highly recommend you use them when you have your next HVAC issue!

Extremely knowledgeable Tec, quick response time, professional and great price. The technician walked me through the process of what they were doing. All the work work looked very clean when completed and I felt safe having them in my home with my family around. Very respectful and did great work. Be cautious when working with this company. The owner proved to be very difficult to work with and was a poor communicator (would not answer phone calls, would only text). Technician was good to work with, the owner was not the caliber of professional I would recommend or work with ever again. He apparently became frustrated with the project and decided to leave us without working heat. Thankfully we found another vendor that solved our issue, was kind, and great to work with. Lesson learned. Consider finding another HVAC company if you are looking.

The team was wonderful! They were responsive, honest, helpful and patient. They came out to repair my hot water heater. They were also efficient. They even called to follow up and make sure all was going well. I highly recommend using them for any of your needs.

Air-Tec Systems has been a life Saver today. After two weeks of 100’ heat my AC went out. The company was very easy to work with and got me scheduled ASAP. This morning their tech showed up early, found the problem within minutes and had my AC running within the hour. On top of that, their tech gave me maintenance tips and shared knowledge with me that will help maintain the life of my unit. Will be using them for all future endeavors!
