You must be a contractor in order to buy parts here. Wasted trip. Use mechanical, much nicer people.

Sales personnel were very unfriendly wasted trip, website says thy sell retail store says contractors only would not sell part to me

Bunch of clowns! Asked for a 1/2” refrigeration ball valve and he brought everything from 1/4” caps to 1/4” service valves . Between two of them they couldn’t figure out what a ball valve is 🙄
