Airtec was the best phone call I made when our a/c went out. I was meeting with a competitor who was going to charge me $4k more than I eventually paid with Airtec. They were able to get a new outdoor unit installed first thing on a Monday morning. I couldn’t recommend this company more!!!!!!

The Air-Tec Systems crew is absolutely wonderful. They are quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful.

They came to inspect my furnace and AC unit the same day I called each time, and tried to make sure they could get my home to a safe/comfortable temperature within the next day. They replaced my furnace in February and AC unit in June this year. For both, the units were replaced the next day after diagnosis; mainly it was to give them time to retrieve the new units.

With my furnace they tied to diagnose and fix what they could, but in the end had to replace the it. They broke down the costs to prevent me from throwing a lot of money into a unit that would continue to breakdown. They try to do their best to do what is right and cost effective for their customers. With my AC unit he quoted me a price, and when he came back the next day and said that the cost of the unit went up, he honored the price he quoted me the day before.

I highly recommend this company!

My tech was fantastic. I might have said it took a bit. They had to order a circuit board. The tech even made up for that though. Zero complaints here. I've only got positive things to say about these guys.

Level 9 always does great work at a reasonable price. They also told my 85 year old mother that she didn’t need a new furnas after a shady company tried to take advantage of her saying that she needed a new one. Jesse the tech who came out yesterday was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.

Level 9 is amazing! They fixed my water heater on short notice. Chad stayed past 5pm on a Friday happily.

Zach did a great job making sure the unit was performing correctly. He patiently explained things and answered all our questions clearly. We hope to have him do any of our tasks and maintenance needs that may occur in the future.

We have been long time customers for their heating/cooling service program. They are prompt, friendly, and arrive when they say they will. We recently needed to replace our heat pump and they gave us two options if we wanted to keep our old one going and three options if we wanted to replace our system. We chose to replace it with an upgraded system which after their discounts (and tax rebate) will end up being roughly the same cost as the basic system. Ben was super helpful through this process, Chris-the install supervisor spent the day at our house helping get the install completed sooner for us and the other technicians were awesome. We couldn’t be any happier. We could have purchased our heat pump in a lot of places but they made the difference with savings, warranty, and trustworthy service.

Zach was UNBELIEVABLY amazing today! He solved our problem more than we could have asked!

This is the 2nd original unit that I had Level 9 replace at the house. They always are super professional and extremely courteous. They leave the job site spotless and take the time to walk you through the features of the new system.

I just had a new Lennox AC and furnace installed in my house. Too much needed to be done to my 21 year old unit, so once the decision was made to buy a new one, a representative came and explained what I would need to accommodate the size of my home. The process was easy and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Level 9.

Recommend 100%. Everyone that worked to install our HVAC system was extremely competent. They were very honest with their advice so there were no surprises. We cannot say enough good things about Level 9 and the men that worked at our home.
