I was VERY impressed not only with Ethan and Paul being on time, but the fact that as soon as they entered our home, they introduced themselves with smiles! They worked fast, wore shoe covers to protect our floors, cleaned up after themselves, put our belongings back in place, and the job itself was so neatly done! They communicated well and gave me the opportunity several times to ask any questions or share any concerns. We will definitely use their services again for other or future needs. We knew we made the right choice from when the guy (sorry don’t remember his name) came out originally to give the estimate. Thank you Anton’s!!

I called Anton’s Heating & Cooling in the morning with a problem with my furnace staying at set temperature.
I was scheduled for an after hours appointment the same day.
The technician, Ronan arrived in a timely manor, was very courteous & professional. He checked out the unit & gave options to repair or replace the unit.
I am happy with the service. I have used Anton’s service before & have always been pleased.

A couple of days later the furnace, especially for a mobile home, was here & Rick & Jesse came to install the unit.
They were very respectful & efficient. Everything was cleaned up as they worked. There was a huge difference in the heat that the new unit produced.
Couple of days later we saw a problem with the box of wires mounted by the new furnace. We turned off the unit. I called Anton’s & Rick came back, when he checked it was a simple fix & we were back in business. He apologized for the inconvenience.
Anton’s is our go to heating & cooling company since only a few companies service mobile homes.

Anton came right away when our furnace quit working. Tony was our technician and he was fantastic! He went out of his way to fix our issue, was extremely courteous and explained everything that was going on. We would definitely use Anton again!

Excellent customer service. The first time we called for a tech from Anton’s we had Tony who repaired our A/C. Tony and Eddie both had excellent customer service qualities. Eddie went above and beyond and was thorough with explaining things we did not know. He serviced our furnace and even briefly checked hot water heater as well. Both techs were very personable and have top notch customer service. We will continue to use Anton’s for services. Our service today was furnace maintenance and replace humidifier filter. We also purchased the maintenance plan for A/C and Furnace.

I'm highly satisfied with all the services that were provided by Anton Heating and Cooling Company! Actually, I was satisfied with their services from the beginning when they installed my whole new heating & air system 4 yrs.ago. Anton has been honest & thorough since the beginning when I had my old time Boiler.System. I know two things for sure.... I won't switch companies & Jack will always be my Service Technician! My installers were Trenton and Jeremy both polite quick informed me of everything that was going on. Jeremy walked me through the thermostat and what all it could do Trenton walk me through everything that they did on bew Hvac system. Cleaned up hauled off the old went above and beyond! I’d highly recommend and will always refer back to them in the future.

My recent experience with Anton Plumbing was outstanding! We had contracted a sink installation and it was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Their technician, Adam, took the time to review our requirements in his initial visit. He spent an hour explaining exactly what needed to accomplished to install our new sink. With the difference in size there was a need to completely change the drainage and water supplies. His experience provided a sense of security that this installation would be completed as expected. We signed a contract and Adam installed the sink yesterday. Not one issue developed and he completed the install in about 4 hours. Everything went as planned and we now have a brand new modern sink.
Would highly recommend Anton Plumbing for any on your plumbing needs.

Great experience. Furnace went out yesterday and new heat/AC system installed and up and running before 1:00pm today. From Ronan at our initial contact to Rick and Jesse our technicians today. After 3 days of freezing and wearing coats around the house, I’m super duper happy that my Heat is up and running again! It feels so warm and cozy in here! Tony from Anton’s Plumbing did an amazing job fixing the issue. He got me and my family feeling very warm and will get to sleep comfortably tonight! I highly recommend this company! The employees here are fantastic and I really like everyone that I’ve interacted with.

That being said, after their sale to PE, Anton’s does not have anyone in a leadership role and they are a company with no direction and no ability to handle/care for clients.

We spent $21,000 on a Navian combi-boiler system. The system/installation has left us without heat twice and without hot water once in a span of 16 months.

No one from a senior leadership perspective has replied to me or reached out, there has been no attempt to make it right and I have displaced my family now multiple times during the absolute worst/coldest times of the year.

Anton’s was the most expensive option we looked at but their reviews, reputation from previous ownership is what swayed us. My parents had used them for years.

That tells me these reviews are not all they seem to be.

I am stuck with Anton’s because I spent so much money and I cannot get out of this mess. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Do not spend a dollar with this company.

Heather on the phone was very nice and friendly with me. Very quick to help get me connected with a plumbing contractor. Ethan came out and communicated his arrival prior which was appreciated. Very knowledgeable on what the solution would be for the living situation and helped us to maximize our savings with the senior discount.

Update:
Post all work being completed including: a water heater removal and installation, pipe replacement for a leak, and a slight bathroom revise. Ethan, Craig, and Larry all did great work and were knowledgeable on how to explain the work being done as well for personal clarification. Would highly recommend this all around professional contracting service team.

I called Anton Plumbing Heating and cooling. It was late afternoon when I called and they got me in same day. Less than an hour.
Supervisor Dan H came to look at my cooling system. Very professional, efficient, resourceful and trustworthy. I asked him at least several questions. He was knowledgeable and patient the whole time. Gave me his email so I could get extra services for free. He found the problem right away. I will never use any other service. I would recommend Anton's to friends and family.

Anton's was AWESOME. Jason was our Master Plumber. He arrived on time and I was able to show him the various issues in our full bathroom, including a leaky vanity drain, a leaky mixing valve, a VERY leaky tub drain, and a leaky toilet drain. Yes, the bathroom was a hot mess. Jason was kind, thorough, and professional. He diagnosed each issue and broke down what needed to be done. Some things were minor fixes (tighten a nut on the mixing valve), whereas others were more complex (rebuild part of the toilet drain and install a new toilet). He clearly explained pricing at each stage of the job and made sure to obtain my signed consent for the agreed upon price. I felt the pricing was fair. Once we agreed on the work to be done, he got right to it and tackled the issues one by one. He tested and verified after addressing each issue that the leak(s) were no longer present. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. He cleaned up after himself and left the workspaces (my full bath and kitchen) neat and tidy. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I felt completely comfortable with him in my home for 4+ hours. Because of this overwhelmingly positive experience that Jason provided, I will definitely continue to use/hire Anton's for future jobs and home improvement. Jason went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for his exceptional service, skillset, and professionalism. Thank you. 🙏 💖 🙏 💖

My family is so grateful for Anton's, specifically Eddie Falzone! Our heater broke overnight and we placed an emergency call to Anton's - they were the only ones who got us on their schedule immediately so we didn't have to go another night without heat. Eddie showed up and diagnosed several issues that caused our HVAC system to fail, carefully explaining to us what was happening, what the solution was and why he was doing what he was doing. Our HVAC gave Eddie the runaround, but Eddie was always patient, kind, courteous, respectful and really easy to get along with. He stayed until he knew we were 100% taken care of. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure our family didn't have to go another night without heat. We are so grateful to Eddie. Anton's has customers for life with us now, and we'll be requesting Eddie for future services!

Craig was very professional and friendly. He replaced my water heater and explained what to expect with my showers after running each of my other faucets. He thoroughly cleaned up after his work and answered all of my questions around the payment and called the office to confirm his answers were correct. This is my 3rd service with Anton’s and highly recommended!

Even though I ended up with issues that need to be fixed after my system maintenance appointment, I still give Kevin from Anton's 5 stars. He was polite and informative, explaining as much or as little as I asked. He was respectful and kind when delivering the news that I needed to get a few new parts for my furnace. :)

As part of Anton's Heroes program, I was the recipient of a free, no-cost inspection by a technician named Matthew. I've got to say that Matt was incredibly vigilant in inspecting my system and had the greatest personality I've experienced in sometime. He was prompt, professional, friendly and a real pleasure to meet. Thank you Anton's for hiring the high caliber of technicians like Matthew. He does an amazing job representing you all in the field. Got a new heat pump system installed a year ago. Was having an issue with it. Called Anton’s, they sent out a tech who diagnosed the issue quickly. It was a known issue with the Amana model I purchased and it was fixed under warranty same day. Service person on the phone was very nice as was the technician. Good overall experience.
