Level 9 is a great company to work with , the owner himself came out to give me options for new units and work out estimates when his employee was ill. Tyler, Ryan and Justin worked late to hook up an entire geo thermal in a day! Really appreciate all the work they did to get us comfortable in the heat!! Thanks guys.

The service tech expert Cameron was professional, patient, and explained and demonstrated the problem clearly. He answered all of my questions and was punctual.

Wow! I was really impressed by the technician who came to service my air conditioner. Explained what he did as he was looking for the problem. Fixed it with a new part and cleaned all around the furnace and the air conditioner unit outside. I will definitely use Level 9 again if the need arises. Would recommend them to all my friends.

I bought a service contract which was a monthly bill that would pay for a spring and fall inspection of my 2 HVAC units.
Level 9 technician came out and serviced both units.
After inspecting my lower level unit he sat down on the floor next to the couch where I was seated and said that he is not happy to tell customers that they have irregular flame blowback probably caused by a crack in the heat exchanger.
It will need replacement. He shows a video. Greek to me. Talking with a friend, that can do anything, owning several properties, and takes care of them. Says, I'll look at it. 2nd burner from the left has blowback, there are 2 screws missing.
He videos it, shows it to his son, who is a HVAC installer, repairman out of state.
He notices that there are 2 screws missing on the bottom flange that could be letting air in to cause the flame to blow back.
Chris tells me this, so, not wanting to spent $6600 for a heat exchanger. I put the screws, which were there, back in.
Guess what, it works, bought a carbon monoxide detector to make sure the heat exchanger wasn't cracked. Called Level 9 canceled my monthly service contact. Told them why, this happened today, waiting for a reply from the owner....to be continued

I have subsequently had James from Level 9 come out and do some plumbing upgrades to get the plumbing up to code. James does fantastic work.

I had Jesse come back out to add a humidifier and once again quality work. I really appreciate both of these gentleman and Level 9 has been great! They are my go to for HVAC AND Plumbing help!

Justin came to my house and was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to go over everything and identify issues with my cooling system and get them fixed. This level of transparency and consideration is not common these days. It was greatly appreciated and I recommend anyone who needs their services to check them out.

I absolutely appreciate everyone at level 9 from Kyle to the office persnal to the tech Scott and Tyler you guys are awesome you help us get our new unit and get in the tech did a absolutely amazing job on the installation of it Kyle was very helping in getting the unit though amrem. I will highly recommend my family and friends to use level 9 for any heating and cooling system problems. Thank ypu thank you for all your guys have done for us it so great having a nice cool house again.

Today he fixed a problem with my water pressure. Excellent service again!!

The team arrived on time and finished in the appropriate amount of time. They cleaned up well afterwards. The new HVAC system, is working perfectly.

Derrick was great, honest and informative. He put every scenario forward to me and helped me come to the best conclusion for my family and I.

Had an old ac unit at my first home. Level 9 gave me a some options for repair/replace when it went out. Very professional with their review of the system, household demeanor, and communication with me. Had a thorough conversation as to what would be best payment option for me as well. Once we got the appointment setup their team took the reigns and completed the work within their advised date/time. They talked me through each step and stopped their work when I had questions. It’s been 3-4 days now and my house has been like an ice cube inside ever since (as intended) after not having ac for 1+ month. Thank you to the level 9 techs that came by and Kyle for helping present me with the best options for my house.

They came in and found the problem in my sewer line, marked it and got me scheduled for a repair later that same week. They came in, dug up where the damage was and repaired it. Price was reasonable and they allow financing which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend them for plumbing.

Very professional, identified the issue quickly and recommended repair options even if they were options he was not able to perform to give the options.
