Dustin and Andrew did a wonderful job of installing our air conditioner. Everything went smooth evrtthingwent very smooth.Cleanedup afterthemselves. Then showed me the work they did.I would recommend the company in a minute.

Dustin and Dillon were wonderful! Prompt and professional, they tore out our 20+ year old HVAC system and put in a brand new Lennox. They were able to answer all of our questions and had a couple of tips for easy maintenance. They were fast and efficient and were just nice guys to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone looking for some HVAC work. After getting 9 quotes, they were not the cheapest option, but they fell in the middle and gave us the most bang for our buck. All new hoses and wires. New circuit breaker for the HVAC system only. Leveled the concrete pad for the outside system. Fixed duct work. Cleaned. They did it all! We are very happy with our new system! Thanks Comfort Solutions!

Update: I am in love with our new system! So much more efficient than our old one. Our Ameren bill went from about $275 a month to $150 a month! I highly recommend Comfort Solutions.

Comfort Solutions installed a full HVAC system a few years ago. On a very hot day the capacitor failed on the A/C compressor. He arrive less than 30 minutes after I called, had it working in 10 minutes. Said because the parts were under warranty and since he as already in the area already he didn't charge me. I have used him on other jobs with rental property and had some other service done and he is always very great to work with. I can't recommend Comfort Solutions enough.

Joe installed a new HVAC 8 years ago. He offered the best value and has delivered the best service since then. He and his team go above and beyond in providing service. I highly recommend them!

We have Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling check our Lennox furnace and air conditioners each year. Glad they do because it was discovered that both our furnaces had cracked heat exchangers. Not surprised due to their age. They were able to come the next week and install two new furnaces. They wore masks the whole time. I added a humidifier for our second story. Because I was getting two furnaces and the humidifier, I was given a reduced price. Nice! They put down drops and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They had the old system gone and new ones installed in about 4 hours. Very friendly, quick, and answered all my questions.

It was a Friday afternoon around 2 pm and in the middle of a heat advisory when my tenant in one of my rental homes called and told me his a/c had gone out. Called a few other companies and none could come within a reasonable time frame. Got ahold of Comfort Solutions and they had a guy at my house in 2 hours who quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Not to mention the technician was also extremely friendly. I was impressed with the quick, friendly service and fair price and will use them again.

Dustin was very professional when he came out to service our AC unit today. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. This is the 2nd time I’ve met Dustin. He replaced or furnace two years ago. He also gave me a good constructive lecture on why I should be changing our filter every 30 days. Nice guy.

Joe, Dustin and his crew changed out my 18 year old HVAC system with a brand new Lenox system. They completed this mission in just a little over 4 hours. The crew was very professional, wore masks the whole time, left everything clean but mostly knew what they were doing! Called on a Saturday and spoke to Joe. He was out to my house im an hour! I live in Florida and this process could have not been any easier! Highly recommend!

The Tech that came here was friendly but was suppose to do a check up on both units. He only checked the furnace and didn't even do anything to it. He didn't even clean it or nothing. Basically paid him 90$ to give me a bid on a new furnace. Wish i would of read the reviews first! Disappointing

I was able to get a same-day service call in the middle of summer, impressive. Dustin came out to diagnose the groaning of our aging A/C compressor. He saw that there was a Freon leak and advised that due to the age of our system and with the available energy efficiency rebates from Ameren and Spire, the best decision would be to replace our system. He was able to return a couple of days later to do the install with another service tech. They know their trade and did a great job. When we noticed that the blower motor was whining during the cool cycle, they replaced it under warranty.
Service after the sale! Easily recommended.

Dustin was my service representative, and I can't emphasize enough about how great he was both professionally and personally. I had a coil replaced under warranty by him and not only was that done efficiently he also gave some tips on other items to help avoid future issues. Awesome service!!
