Came out in emergency situation with on a Sunday morning. So they could have bent us over the barrel, but they did not. Worked all Sunday for us. Ended up doing a completely new furnace. Very professional, considerate, clean, knowledgeable. would absolutely recommend.

My family has been doing business with Metro Heating and Cooling for over 30 years. My mother had started using them while she was rehabbing a house in Lafayette Square in the late 70s and early 80s. It was Art's business then and he has passed it along to his son Aaron. I've always found the guys at Metro to be prompt, reliable and competitive, having recently gotten a few quotes on a complete HVAC system, eventually having a heat pump installed last week. They offered financing and completed my paperwork for all my rebates, which made it a no brainer for me.

After purchasing my home, I needed to replace two HVAC units. I did my homework, and received several estimates, including some of the bigger HVAC companies in St. Louis. I chose Metro for several reasons: Metro was competitive in their pricing, and provided service and follow up that is second to none. It is a family run business, and Aaron Boehmer (owner) and his staff are prompt, efficient, trustworthy, and considerate. Prior to replacing my units, I had to call Metro several times, once late on a Friday, and one evening late. They responded immediately, were kind, helpful and fixed the problem promptly. I give Metro my highest endorsement: they pay meticulous attention to detail, are competent, and perhaps what distinguishes them most,....they treat their customers like family.
