Very quick and great service!! Our home AC went out and I called and talk to Patriot they came out on a Friday guaranteed Me to be installed by Monday. By the end of the day, the AC was blowing ice cold in the house. Thanks again for the customer service and the installation technicians.

Could not be any more pleased with Patriot Heating and Cooling. First had them come out to do a A/C check up. I took advantage of one of their special offers. Tyson gave our system the “best” check up ever. He was meticulous. So impressed us that we signed up for a one year, two visit special for Spring and Winter check ups. If you bought one year they gave you two. Most recently had Tyson come out and replace a Smart thermostat. Again so impressed by his performance. You can’t go wrong with Patriot!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They saved me a large amount of money, and found that the info I was given about two components of my AC being bad/broken and needing to be replaced, wasn’t exactly accurate based on their inspection. I was told by Jerry Kelly that my AC capacitor and high voltage relay switch needed to both be replaced to get it working, but I truthfully needed to get an entire new AC unit. Patriot heating, cooling, and air quality had my ac unit fixed and up and running in less than two hours. I came across Patriot at an event at Maryville University, and I am so grateful I stopped to talk to them. They had a “spin-the-wheel” game to win different discounted services, and I happened to get a complimentary AC Tune-Up service. They are such genuine and kind people and helped me get set up with an appointment time for that same week. They sent an email, and gave me a call, when they were on their way, and they got to my house at the beginning of the original two-hour appointment window. The two men that were sent to look at and tune-up my AC unit took their time, were very thorough, and they were both professional yet personable; making me feel comfortable about them doing work inside my house. I am extremely grateful I found them!!

Kevin came out to give me a quote on a furnace and was extremely helpful with trying to find something that would work with my budget.

First time using Patriot. This was a maintenance visit for our air conditioner. Was unexpededly given a list of services suggested to keep my unit functioning at its best and introduced to a 'service plan'. I'm curious as to why the company I had been using didn't mention these 'problems' to me.
Associate was friendly and tried to answer all of my questions.

We had a lightning strike yesterday that hit a tree and damaged our AC line. They were able to come out and do the repair to get us back up and running. What an awesome company with professional and quick turnaround time. Thank you

Had moisture dripping from the big white pipes in heating system. Tyson came and replaced the section where the leak cane from. Love Patriot Heating and Air. Always prompt and friendly and easy to work with!

Special thank you to Patriot Heating and Patriot Heating, Cooling and Air Quality . I smelled something burning in my furnace this morning and called Patriot because I knew they would be able to identify the problem. I spoke to Kevin and Shawn and they sent Tyson within the hour. He took care of part of the problem, but suggested that I needed an electrician for the rest of the issue. Shawn put me in touch with KayBee electric and a tech by the name of Jake came out the same day. He took care of the wiring issue for me. All is right with the world. I will have heat this week for the Apocalypse and I thank you sincerely to the guys at Patriot who have never let me down. And also Jake at KayBee Electric.

Excellent customer service from Nick. He was very detailed, explained all of the upfront costs and what costs may occur. There is nothing worse than having someone come out to work on your home, give you an upfront cost but then come to find out there are hidden fees to do the work needed. I would highly recommend giving them a call. Their customer service is above and beyond compared to Academy Air or Vogel Heating and Cooling.
