I was excited to find a local company (Fenton) that actually had equipment in stock to get my furnace and AC units done quickly. I had gotten several quotes and the lead times were fairly long on top of tariff uncertainties. They made the decision easy and have a maintenance plan with the units.
When install time came around every person on the job made sure to introduce themselves and see if I had any questions and they were very professional, clean and efficient. They were in and out in a little over a day. Patriot wasn't the cheapest quote but they made my decision easy with lots of information and great follow-up! I couldn't recommend them enough!

The customer service was outstanding. Nick was enthusiastic when talking with him. The response was fast. Once the problem was diagnosed, the replacement unit was installed. The owner actually showed up to make sure things were good. I was given several options to meet my budget. I would recommend this company all day long.

I received a reminder text that it was time to do winter servicing. Mason called ahead when he was on his way to my house. He arrived at the stated time.
Mason was so nice, efficient, he went right to work. He came back to me after the service call was done to explain findings and options. I did not feel pressured on any options, just told what it was, what its from and what could happen so I could make up my mind.
The whole staff from start to finish was professional yet personable. If anyone was having a bad day, you would never know it.
Thank you Patriot Heating and Cooling, I will see you again in the spring and if anything comes up, I imagine I will see you sooner. You all were just awesome!

I called to get a my main level unit looked at and a quote for a new system on our upper level. Patriot Heating and Cooling got me in that very day, and worked around my schedule. Tyson was the technician that came. He was great! He was very knowledgeable about the system and showed me the process. In this appointment, I got quoted for a new system for my upstairs, Tyson and Nick provided various options, all great deals in comparison to local competitors. I couldn’t recommend Patriot more!

A go to for my AC and Heating needs. Adam and Dennis were great to have in my home and did a thorough install of a new Unico air handler and Carrier AC. Vogel has also sold me a new boiler. They’re responsive and reliable. Also how cute is this new vent? Thx!

Jim provided great service and advice on how to keep my system running optimally. I have two systems, so I pay double for maintenance.

Jim Parker was great he explain what he was checking and explained his findings in detail. He also call letting me know he was on his way and his arrival time.

The good: to echo the previous post I was able to get a timely appointment with a friendly technician.
The bad: the $129 service fee again is high compared to other companies and it does not come off the total cost of the work if you decide to proceed with them as other companies do. I have two pipe fitting unions leading to a hot water heater that had become rusty and we’re slowly leaking that needed to be replaced. Parts would’ve been under $100. I was quoted an estimate of over $1600. The ZIP Code that I live in automatically gets an up charge, but unless the going rate of plumbing work is now $750 an hour this is an absolute ridiculous Amount of money. I was offended at the quote to say the least. The technician sympathized and agreed the parts cost was minimal, but he had to go by whatever the business office quoted him. He told me this was a job that would’ve taken around two hours. I’m not sure how you could look someone in the eye and feel good about yourself charging something that rate. I could’ve lived with 250 or even $300 an hour although even then you’re starting to get excessive for the going rate but to charge $1600 for a two hour job with $100 in parts is unbelievable. I welcome a response to hear your justification
