I’ve been doing business with Metro for over 30 years. They have never failed to be responsive, even over holiday weekends. Their employees have always been courteous and efficient. One the finest companies I’ve dealt with since moving to Saint Louis!

Pricing was fair and Ryan did an exceptional job solving my unusual heater problem. Not even a hint of complaint as he had to climb roofs in cold icy weather, search for an unknown problem and work extensively in a very small crawl space. Am impressed that they arrived just hours after I called them, even though we are in the midst of a bad freeze cycle. Nice office staff also. Many thanks for a job well done.

Metro always does a great job if I ever have any heating/cooling issues. My air conditioner had quit and they were very accommodating and came to fix it right away. They were very friendly and fixed everything for reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone!

I came home from a lengthy hospital stay only to find me A/C had broken. It was 95 degrees in the place and I googled heating and cooling companies around me. It was like 2:30 in the afternoon and all that I had called said they "MIGHT" be able to get to it tomorrow. I then called Metro and they said they could have someone here by 5pm. Well about 3:30 rolls around and their technician Matt called and said he was on his way. He arrived like 15 minutes later and immediately found he problem. I had a fried main board. Lucky me...... He then told me that he could wire it direct to get me up and running for a fair price. I agreed and 10 minutes later it was blasting cold air. He said they would have to price the part and get back with me. The next day he called and gave me the bad news 500.00 to completely replace the board with a new factory one. The price seemed high but I knew from a friend that he had told me that he had paid almost exactly the same. I agreed to let them do it and they informed me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. Once in, The receptionist called and made an appointment for the install. Matt returned to install the part and also noticed my blower fan had eaten a furnace filter, It was also very dirty. He disassembled it and cleaned it VERY thoroughly at no additional cost.
It's nice to have a company that you can count on and trust working in my home. The sold me for life. Keep doing what you're doing, Don't change a thing!

We have used Metro for years & have always been totally satisfied. Ryan was here on Dec.4th to do the annual service check on our 2 furnaces. He is prompt, friendly, knowledgable, very efficient, & very thorough. He is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Their prices are reasonable & competitive. Called Metro when I noticed my furnace struggling to kick on and off... They came out the very same day. Younger gentleman, very polite. Got right to the source which was a short in a circuit board. The part itself was quite pricey to replace. But all in all, including the trip to get a replacement part, he had it up and running within a couple of hours. While our furnace approaching the end of it's life, they did recommend a new system but did not try to pressure us into a sale. Just a general recommendation. Would use their service again.

We have used Metro Heating and Cooling for over 24 years now. They have always showed up on time and performed their work very well. They are competitive in price and delivery. On our last replacement heating and air conditioning they suggested a UV light to help clean the air and we have been greatly satisfied with the results, cooking smells are gone with in a short period of time.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very thorough and concise written explanations. Spends a lot of time and effort on preventative maintenance and does not sell you anything you don’t need. Steve is the best technician we’ve ever had and I highly recommend his services.

We've been doing business with Metro for over 12 years. They maintain our air conditioners and furnaces and replace our water heaters when necessary. They are terrific to do business with. Office staff is on top of their game. They are honest business people that we trust explicitly. We recommend them to everyone we know (despite having a friend who works for a competing business) and Metro has always done right by them too. They are an Ameren-approved business. We would never, ever do business with anyone else.

They were great.The man showed up even earlier than we were told, but he called me first. We were ok with that. He worked downstairs in the furnace room and outside at the A/C unit and cleaned it. Nice person got the job done discussed with me what he did and it was all good. I would HIGHLY recommend Metro Heating & Cooling, from the phone call to set the appt the lady was very nice to the service person at the house & to job done.

Metro was recommended to us by two different neighbors. We have used them for service and just last week they installed a complete HVAC system.
Aaron had some ideas the other companies we received bids from did not and they made sense. He and Matt did a great job off installing the system and cleaning up.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used Metro for over 15 years. They have done double a/c and a furnace. We are now on our next double a/c and furnace. They do excellent work and the price is competitive. Next, they did multiple neighbors homes since we were so pleased. Those neighbors were equally pleased. When you need them, they usually respond and show up quickly. Highly, highly recommend them.

Excellent company!! They installed our furnace and did a fabulous job for a great price a couple of years ago. The also do our HVAC maintenance. They are reasonable, prompt, informative and do a great job while leaving no mess behind. Their office staff is also prompt, responsive to calls and friendly. Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent quality, service and price. Their service techs are very good and very friendly. They installed our furnace last year and it works perfect. We also just used them for an AC cleaning, tune up. They are prompt/on-time, clean and did a fantastic job. We will continue to use them for all of our furnace and AC needs and would highly recommend them!

We've used Metro HVAC to replace our furnaces (we have double units) and air conditioners, to install humidifiers, and to maintain our equipment twice yearly for about 15 years. We can easily recommend them. The company is professional and the folks who've done the work are always pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. It seemed our previous provider was always finding problems that required additional payment and I'm not sure that they didn't repair and replace things before it was really necessary. This has not been true of Metro; we believe Metro to be very honest and fairly priced.

Beyond thrilled with Metro Heating and Cooling. They installed a new HVAC system and a zone damper system last year summer, and our 2 story home is perfectly heated and cooled. We started the maintenance program with them this year to ensure our new systems are cleaned and functioning properly. When our furnace stopped working well after closing when the temperature was well below zero a few days ago, I called Metro Heating & Cooling expecting to get an answering service. To my surprise I got Aaron the owner. That said, he could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating as he walked me through the steps how to get it back up and running! Clearly this was service beyond the norm which created a loyal customer out of my wife and myself! If you ask me I say everyone should switch to Metro Heating & Cooling! They clearly give great service at an even better price as Aaron did this out of the kindness of his heart for nothing! Oh, and be sure to tell them “Sandy sent you!”

Absolutely amazing! Woke up to a cold house, furnace was not blowing hot air, one call and they were in the area and stop over within a couple hours. They got me all fixed up and also repaired a humidifier issue I was having. I have heat and i am no longer itching like crazy from all the dry air. Couldn't be more satisfied!
