Tim is a guy who goes out of his way for customer service. He has replaced and serviced both units in my home. My heat was off on one of the coldest days of the year when no one was even on the roads because they were so bad. He was there within minutes fixed the minor issue and was on his way. I would use no other company.

These guys are great to work with & this wasn’t my first experience with them. I find Tim & his team to be experienced, knowledgeable, on time & the “best in the business!! “ Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

High Ridge Heating and Cooling has been our HVAC service company for several years. Tim has always been straight forward in what needs to done versus bidding busy work on their part. When it came time for major system replacement, his bid was competitive, equipment was better quality, and installation was finished in half a day. Prompt response when the unexpected happens; fair pricing; friendly...all good attributes. They will be our HVAC service choice in the future.

This is kind of great small company authors write about and tell their story in good books. Good people doing good work in and for their neighbors. They take pride in their work, they do it well, and they are real people who really care. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Call them first, they will treat you like the good neighbors they are.

Came out on 4/18, told me part of outside unit was to rusted to be fixed and someone would call me with a quote. I called on 4/24 since nobody followed up with me. They came out next day gave quote(wasnt over priced as that is not the issue) I called another company for a 2nd quote and opinion, only to find out the part they said was bad is now gone, taken by the person that came out to look at it. While the part might have been that bad I will never know for sure as it should have stayed here until replaced.

At the beginning of the first St. Louis heatwave , my air conditioner failed to turn on. A friend recommended that I contact High Ridge Heating and Cooling because she said her son managed some properties and used them and found them to be honest and reliable. Given that recommendation I called them and was told due to heavy volume from the current heatwave they wouldn’t be able to fit me in until the next day but if they were able would try to get to me sooner. Much to my delight Tim was able to fit me in later that afternoon! I was thinking for sure I would need a new air conditioner since it was 17 years old but it turned out to be something simple that he was able to easily fix. He could have easily taken advantage of me since I was prepared to buy a new air conditioner. He didn’t try to sell me any other services, just told me to enjoy my cool air! I was so impressed with his integrity that I contacted some of my friends to recommend High Ridge Heating and Cooling to them.

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I called Tim at High Ridge Heating and Cooling in a panic as my furnace bit the dust. He arrived exactly on time and assesed the situation. My new furnace was installed in the blink of an eye. No hassles, no salesman, just down to earth, honest, professional and all around great service from this family owned business.

Tim and his team are the unicorns of the HVAC industry. They quickly diagnosed our issue, clearly explained our options, provided a bid the same day and were actually friendly and personable during the whole process. I mean, I actually like these guys. Their bid was $2,000 under the next competing bid. We had been without A/C for over 3 weeks in June heat and with two small kids we were acutely desperate to get the new unit installed as quickly as possible. Tim worked in the background to find a way to move up our install date even though he was booked solid for the next month. Our unit was installed 4 days later. Install started at 8:30 and we were freezing by noon. Tim even personally followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was working correctly and to answer any questions we may have had. Yeah, unicorns. In my opinion, if you are not using High Ridge Heating and Cooling, you might be screwed.

Tim and his crew are awesome. We had them install a new Rheem heat pump in place of our old AC and electric furnace. The quote was right on the mark (slightly less than others actually), and the day of, they were right on time with a quick installation that only took a few hours. Once the bulk of the work was done, Tim stayed behind to charge the system and go over the details with me. Even with me screwing up the process (FYI, don't play with the app until you know the system is charged...Sorry Tim!), he was still very efficient about it.

They do plan on coming back to reinforce the outside unit's stand since they kept hitting rebar in the concrete on a couple of the bolts, but otherwise, the system has been running great and has really been put to the test with these 100+F days.

Tim and his guys came over today and installed a whole new HVAC system. They showed up when they said they would be here and were finished in a matter of hours. Installation looks great. When Tim showed up to give me a bid, he never once tried to push other equipment on me. Some of the other contractors only tried to push more expensive units on me. Great job guys. Will definitely be using you guys in the future.

Called in a panic. He was generous enough to talk me through a couple simple checks, and ended up stopping by. I had the problem solved (i think) by the time he arrived. Still had a condensate line I wanted to get fixed right, and he handled it like the PRO he is. I won't call anyone else but High Ridge Heating and Cooling from now on. One visit, 20 minutes, and I'm a customer for life. Thanks, Tim!

Tim and his team installed a new AC, Heat Pump and Furnace at our home. We were extremely impressed with everyone. Very knowledgable and professional. Kudos. Highly recommend this company.
