I cannot say enough good things about High Ridge Heating and Cooling! They were absolutely amazing. I had been dealing with a problem for weeks and another company couldn't figure it out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it right away. Their service was top-notch and their prices were fair. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

Tim and his tech Sam were incredible. Fixed an AC that was bought during the Clinton administration. They were professional and transparent, can't recommend them enough. Life savers.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I called when my AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They showed up right away and quickly found the problem and got my unit back up and running. They also spent some time showing me how to train me on some of the more obscure settings of my unit and how to see the errors that it was having. The attention to detail and that little extra time spent with me shows just how much they care about what they do.

Sat. morn. had same loud noise I had couple mo.s ago when air conditioner quit. I called, guy said don’t do wkends, time 1/2. I said what about Mon. morn.?.. can’t do then either. Call & make an appt. Frustrating. I don’t tolerate Heat well.

I am absolutely grateful I called today around noon because my air wasn't working of course on a 90+ day it was so miserable the lady at the office said we could have Tim out there between 1 and 4pm today he showed up at 2pm and was done in 15 min he was awesome and very sweet I know he was hot and miserable he was the one doing the work but he fixed it rite up and the price was not bad at all I will defiantly recommend this place to everyone who needs any service done my house is staying to cool down and I owe it all to Tim and Hely's for the fast and great service thank you from the bottom of my heart

2016. Spent 14k on a minisplit systme that worked for 4 months. Called them out to evaluate, guy that showed up had no clue. After a few months called another company, they said install was dine incorrectly and fixed it with part covered, but I paid for labor. Called Hely again3 months later when it crapped out , bi response. Have Called several times over the ye

ars, no response. 14k for something that Hasworked for less than 9 months in 7 years.

My furnace decided to go up into the heavens unexpectedly, the folks at Hely had me up and going within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Everybody was pleasant to speak with from the lady who answers their phone to all the technicians that came over. Great service and experience. Thank you!

Very responsive when setting up appointment. Tim was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He figured out what caused the malfunction and corrected that also. Tim made sure everything was working flawlessly before leaving. Highly recommend this company!!
