Got recommended to these guys by someone at work and nothing but a good experience. Brett came out to look at my unit. Heard my concerns did his checks and confirmed the issue on top of finding another. Other companies in the past had no idea how to undo the unit properly to confirm issue and do maintenance since my HVAC is a weird one.

John D replaced our water heater. It was a something complicate installation. He was extraordinarily conscientious. Our dog fell madly in love with him, too!

Martin Jetco does all our HVAC work as well. They have been responsive and friendly. Pricing is fair; definitely less than other large providers in StL.

I have been a customer of Martin Jetco's for about 10 years and have always been pleased with their service, prices and knowledgeable technicians. Often, however, the best measure of a company is how they respond to mistakes. Martin Jetco replaced a failed air conditioner with a Daikin Fit heat pump during a heat wave while I was living abroad and renting my house to friends. When my family and I returned a few weeks ago, the heat pump would not meet the thermostat set point during some very cold weather. Brent found the auxiliary heat strips had not been wired to the thermostat and got the system up and running. Brady came by the next day to commission the heating system, a step that had been missed during the initial installation, and also cleaned off the outdoor unit's coil. I would have been pleased to have had the problem fixed for free. I was very impressed that not only did they make it right, they apologized and were accountable. If you are looking for a HVAC company with integrity, look no further.

I have seen some negative comments regarding "upselling" of systems and failure to honor warranties. My experience with MJ has always been exceptional. They have accepted responsibility when an installation needed repair and honored a warranty of several years age on an HVAC system. Superb customer service and integrity!

My furnace went out during a major snow storm. The technician was able to come out within a couple of hours to fix the problem when other companies said they would not be able to send anyone until 2 days later. Super nice and professional. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Above and beyond service from Martin Jetco! Had a recurring problem with my heated floors in the basement. Motor kept burning up and other companies said I probably had a leak in the tubes embedded in my concrete floors that the hot water traveled through. Glad I called Martin Jetco. Instead of busting up my flooring and concrete, Doug from MJ rigged a system that automatically detected when the water in the water heater evaporated below a certain point, then it would automatically fill it to the correct level. The water level was causing the pump/motor to burn out. His knowledge has saved me a fortune, a massive headache, and most importantly our home is comfortable and efficient. I’ll call them every time.

Had a great experience today with Martin Jetco. My heat pump stopped working. I was glad they sent John out, he was very personable and informative. He found the problem right away put in the new part and I'm up and running again ready for the next cold snap.

Our heat went out last night, and Martin Jetco Heating & Air came through when we really needed them. They were able to send a technician, “John” out the very next day, and he got everything fixed quickly and professionally. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent response time and great customer service—highly recommend Martin Jetco Heating & Air to anyone needing reliable HVAC service!

Brady has come by and helped us several times and did the maintenance today. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their price for twice a year maintenance is reasonable and they offer additional items, services, and so on, but don't use high pressure sales tactics. I recommend them.

Filled out the contact form around 6:30 am, they called me before 7:15, and John was in my driveway by 8:00 am.
Was very helpful and explained the work he did, had what he needed to fix our unit and was done by 8:30 am.

Hope I don't need to call them for a long time, but made the answer easy the next time I need to have someone out to work on my HVAC.

They were very quick to respond to my call, even during a busy winter season right after a snowstorm. They sent John first, who was an excellent service technician. He quickly identified the issue, explained it in detail, and clearly recommended the next steps.
Within a few hours of diagnosing the problem, I received a repair quote and the service was scheduled for the very next day. The next day, both John and Ryan arrived and completed a 4-hour repair job efficiently and professionally. My issue was fully resolved within 48 hours of reaching out, and my family had a warm home again during a cold and harsh winter. Highly recommend their service!

I recently had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by Martin Jetco. Their representative, Douglas Witte, was fantastic! He laid out the pros and cons of each of their options and provided pricing that beat all of the other estimates I received. He was very easy to work with and there was no hard sales pitch. They also handled the rebate process with Spire and helped me get an energy efficient home improvement credit on my taxes. My unit works great and I will continue to use Martin Jetco for ongoing tune-ups and maintenance. I highly recommend them!

Brent is the best he is always on time very courteous, neat and clean. We’ve been using them now for probably close to five years. Trust him very good.
