Kevin and Matt were very courteous and helpful. Have been a long time customer of Martin Jeffco and could not ask for better service.

I was at my friend’s house when her A/C again stopped working. Other A/C companies never properly fixed it and they were bleeding her dry of money without properly fixing the unit. Brett from Martin Jetco was punctual, professional. He quickly found and fixed the problem with her A/C.

Thank you Martin Jetco for sending such a knowledgeable technician like Brett that finally fixed my friends A/C unit on a day that the temperature was almost 100 degree 🥵🔥

Instead of recommending a brand new system, the sales person, Douglas Witte, recommended a “clean and check”. Tyler did the job and now I’m good to go for the several years. Thanks!

Russell installed our new AC and was great! Doug is a great guy also...explained everything and was very responsive to calls and text! Have had service from them before and all their guys are fantastic!

This company is always so helpful! I called at 8:00am for a heat pump problem and they sent John out by 100 pm. He was professional and explained exactly what was happening

Jason was thoughtful enough to put booties on top of his shoes and didn’t mind that I had to move boxes out of the way. He did a good job of explaining everything and wrote the size of filter on the furnace for us.

Had my regularly scheduled HVAC system maintenance and it went great. Logan came in did and great job and was very respectful.

Matthew called first thing this morning and arrived at the time he said he would. Asked some questions and showed him where the furnace was. Found this issue and showed me what was wrong. Part was still under warranty. He went to pick it up, replaced it and got everything back up and running quickly.

Was able to get a same day appointment. Part need for humidifier was on the truck so everything was taken care of in one appointment. Kevin was very friendly and courteous

Our furnace went out the night before a large winter storm. We reached out after hours and Kyle made himself immediately available, assisting us in getting our heat working again just in time. You’ve made a customer for life! Thank you

We always get excellent service from Martin-Jetco.We have been using them for decades.We had Kevin & Matt here today.They were.extra personable & loved my dog & my dog loved them.That says allot to me personally.They always cover their shoes & do great work.Thank-you.

**Editing my previous review as I now have the FULL story on services done. Turns out I misunderstood the situation, so I spoke with Mason and he explained everything. All work was done in scope, as quoted. This team is professional and courteous to have taken the time to set me straight! Would recommend again for sure.

John was a true professional in explaining what was wrong and needed to be done. Excellent and personal service were amazing and I feel Martin & Jetco has a great worker here. He needs a raise!!!!!?
