Amazing Service! They are great! Our AC went out after the 4th of July, and Tim came out that same day to repair our unit. He diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and had it fixed in less than 5. I am extremely grateful for their great service and quick resolution! I would highly recommend calling them!

Mr. Arthur and Alex from Hely Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job with the installation of my new AC unit. They maintained a clean working environment and had a lot of patience as they assembled the unit. They spoke among each other professionally and respectfully. My new unit has a peaceful hum to it. The AC Compressor outside sounds like it can tackle some heavy-heat without any throttle. It is a clean and sharp-looking machine.

The team at Hely were great. They installed a new system for us at a lot lower cost than their competition. They even brought in some gravel to support the new slab for the heat pump outdoor unit. The new system is much quieter than the 29+ year old system we had before.

Family has been using Hely for years. Always on time, polite, professional. Very responsive and they have an emergency line for when the weather is bad and you need help. Installed a new furnace and A/C for our new house within the last year and we're very happy.

There sticker was on my new homes unit. Called to set up service call and encountered the most rude, belligerent lady Melissa. I called on my way to work 8 and hadn't heard anything around 2. I called to follow up. And was met with attitude that I just called a hour ago and to give her a Freaking minute. Ì apologized and said you must have wrong client. She said not going to argue with me and hung up. Called Kirkwood location same store and was told SHE is the one who does quotes and that's who I was expected to do business with. I called 72 Degrees Heating and they came out immediate and repaired fair price and excellent service.

Hely Heating and Cooling installed two air conditioning systems (ductless mini split and traditional split) into my all-brick, 90-year-old, two-story city house that had never had central air.

They were very careful, and respectful of both my home and my anxieties about such a major project. The end result looks great, the price I paid was fair, and all communication regarding timeline and expectations was very good. I am greatly enjoying the added heat function of the ductless system upstairs and look forward to summer!

My installation of my air conditioning and heating was done in one day. The gentleman who was involved in the installation was very courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions. He gave a demonstration of everything and how it works and gave us his phone number in case we had any questions later on. He cleaned up everything and hauled the old unit away. From the time I called until the installation was done was just a matter of a couple of days. The price was in our budget as well. So appreciative of this company. Would recommend it to anyone.

Hely installed my new A/c & furnace. They explained everything in terms that I could understand. The project took 1 day to complete. The installers were very courteous & they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend giving them a call.

The company I bought the house from mixed parts for the AC unit. I have an old coil and a newer HVAC unit, not a brand new one like I was told when I bought the house. I'm taking legal action against the seller.

But Hely Heating & Cooling was honest and thorough. They're also making a box for my furnace because it doesn't have a filter to protect it.

I trust Hely and I'm glad I found them. I always try to support local businesses.

When we moved to Fenton from North County, we had no idea who to call for heating/air work. We called Hely, as they were close by. They did some repairs for us. My husband wanted to replace our air conditioner. The tech told him we didn't need it yet (twice). Of course, when the tech said it was time, we had Hely replace it and our furnace. Fortunately, we haven't needed much service, but when we did, they were quick to respond and address the problem. In today's world, oftentimes its hard to get a return call, much less service. Hely excels on both!

We have used Hely a few times. They have been great and affordable. Employees thay come to the house are professional and friendly. I am going to keep using them anytime we have a problem.
