Jim Parker was the tech assigned to fix our furnace and we couldn't be happier with his results! He quickly identified and fixed the problem. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a heating and cooling specialist!

Excellent service! Jeff is always meticulous, thorough and informative. He is modest and thinks only about what is best for his customers. I have asked to have Jeff service the heating and cooling systems for at least 10 years. Jeff should be training the young and or new hires.

Called on Vogel to have my 1990 furnace looked at for overall health and safety before it got cold and Jeremy was super cool and honest. Cleaned up the unit and checked for high CO and burn quality and found no issues. He also gave me some useful advice and knowledge of the system which I really appreciate.

We have always had a great experience with Vogel. Jim came today to check and make sure everything was running right and he was super nice and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Jim Parker came to our home to conduct the semi annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He was terrific; professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased that he took the time to explain an impending problem he’d found. He replaced the worn parts that would have abruptly left us without heat in the near future. Our heating went out with sub zero weather. Steve from Vogel came and discovered a faulty wire leading to the thermostat. He was able to fix it and saved us the cost of a new thermostat. I cannot thank him and Vogel enough for all their great service over the years!

Lengthy-but-heartfelt review incoming: Vogel Just Saved Me 💰💰$6000!💰💰

If you have steam heat, radiators, boilers, hydronic heat, PTACs, PTHPs, and/or thru the wall units, listen up. Vogel is the company you need. Unlike the other 45 companies you’ve called, Vogel WILL work on these systems.

My condo building has hundreds of “proprietary” IslandAire PTAC units that are unreliable and ungodly expensive to replace. We are led to believe no other unit will fit the wall envelopes and steam lines. For 2 decades now, this has left us with no choice but to pay the exorbitant prices with the one known company willing to work on them.

My unit was last replaced in 2019 for $7000 and was already dead by 2024. My neighbors have gotten quotes as high as $10,000 in 2025 for replacements. Thanks to Jeff & Dennis at Vogel, I spent just 1/3 of that.

Not only was it $6000 cheaper, but the new unit is a big upgrade. It looks nicer and is more efficient. This model more reliable and will be cheaper to fix. Best of all, future replacements should cost less than $2000 (in 2025 dollars). This is with electric heating and steam heating, plus an optional upgrade to heat pump functionality.

Vogel’s service was exceptional. During a mid-summer heatwave, Jeff was at my condo within a week. He had a plan and estimate ready that same day. Installation was completed just two business days after parts arrived.

My installer, Dennis, was great, too. He spent hours making everything perfect and even custom made me a decorative cover on-site, just because!

I could not be happier. Thank you, Jeff and Dennis and the entire Vogel team.

Shawn did a great job on assessing my HVAC needs. Very professional, knowledgeable, and interested in my needs. Offered me several options to complete my project.

No problem with carrier and Vogel. My dad had good service with them 20 or 30 years. Yes, I understand winter time can get tough For technician or sometime furnace are very difficult to operate and they will understand you you need your refund reimburse very professional of negotiable.

First, I want to commend Caleb who is part of the office staff. He went out of his way to help us reschedule our annual furnace checkup at the last minute so we would not miss our twin grandsons' birthday party. He called us back within an hour with a new appointment time on the same day as our original appointment. In addition, he followed up on the morning of the appointment to let us know the approximate arrival time of the technician (Matt). Technician Matt also provided exceptional customer service. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way, he arrived on time and did a fantastic job performing the check up. Keep up the good work Caleb and Matt. Had a furnace situation. Eventually it died. Once I accepted that I need a new furnace it was scary. The Vogel team and Dave and Anthony and Justin made this ok. Furnace is incredible. It works, fair price. Feel good about it.

Matthew was very professional and courteous. Gave advice on filter selection. Answered my ?s on rewards membership / maintenance plan. Recommended cleaning ductwork post any construction work to extend filter life. I was not aware that Vogel offered that service but now put that on my schedule. Very happy with Vogel H/C.

I have been using Vogel Heating & Cooling for many years. I have always been happy with their service technicians. Very prompt, courteous & answers all my questions. Mike was here today, and went over the report he had on my furnace. I get my A/C checked in the Springtime & my furnace checked in the fall. Thank you for hiring the Best!

I have a home and rental property and have hired Vogel Heating and Cooling to keep my radiators and forced air furnaces and AC units working smoothly for years. Yesterday, 12/11/2025, Steven Palazzolo from Vogel did a very thorough system maintenance check for 2 furnaces. He was very polite and knowlegeable and made sure they were running efficiently. I really appreciate the great service!

We called Vogel for a squealing AC. Clay met us at our house that afternoon! He was very personable and professional. He told us we needed a new blower motor. We declined the quote at first - wanted to look into other pricing. But the more we thought about having to keep paying other companies to come out and diagnose, we didn’t think we’d be saving much money. All in all - it costed us around $1400. From some googling, that looks like it’s within the range of a typical replacement. On the high end probably, but really we just wanted the convenience to get it done quickly and they did just that. We called the next morning to confirm. They ordered the part and got us scheduled for the following morning at 8 AM. Our AC is working great! Can’t speak to longevity. But everyone working at Vogel was kind, courteous and professional. They got the job done quickly!

All I can do is say that my technician Jeremy was absolutely amazing. From the time he stepped foot into my home his customer service was exceptional. He couldn’t get the boiler going that night, he promised he’d get the part in the morning and come back. Not only did he come back, he called a more seasoned colleague to help troubleshoot the problem. Follow through is everything!!! Also the receptionist I think Melissa was very kind and attentive. You won’t go wrong with Vogel

All the staff at Vogel are great to work with. I have been a customer for years and I have met many staff through routine maintenance.
I recently had a reason to have an additional heater installed. Cody was the installer. He knew exactly what to do and worked to complete the project. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He also made sure I understood the system and could get the most from it.

Grant and his team came out to do a big revamp, clean and inspected our furnace as well as sanitize and clean our air ducts. Everyone was very open with communication and they were super easy to book with and got out to us fast! We are very pleased with everything and will definitely be using them again if needed!

Excellent communication and a fair price. Showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs.
