Technician showed up right on time, called me in advance to let me know when she was coming, took care of the inspection very quickly, was very friendly and efficient.

Jim Parker was a great technician and his customer service skills are top shelf. He had the board that failed replaced in under 4 hours and my HVAC is purring like a kitten.

Every step of this process with Vogel has been pleasant and easy going. Grant was very helpful in presenting many options geared towards my wants and needs versus some companies that were just trying to sell me their highest priced models that had nothing to do with my wants or needs. The installation team was on time, very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable in their removal and installation process. They did an incredible job cleaning up and removing the old system and there was nothing left for me to have to do but relax and enjoy the cooling down with my new system. I highly recommend this company with two thumbs up 👍 👍 I can’t wait to have the maintenance crew back in the fall.

Steve was very prompt and quickly diagnosed what the problem was. He had to go get the part, put it in and tested it and I was good to go. Very nice and personable young man.

Jeremy did an outstanding Job repairing our heating unit, the board went out. With a cold weather around the corner he wanted to make sure the heater was fixed before the end of the day.

Called Vogel yesterday afternoon around 3pm for no cooling, the service was scheduled for the next day in the afternoon. Amy in the office said she’d try and work me into the morning schedule. She called me this morning to let me know I would be the second call. Thank You Amy!! Mike the service tech arrived and after introducing himself got right to work. In short order made the diagnosis and the repair was made. Helpful & friendly office staff, quick service, parts on the truck, knowledgeable technicians. Vogel Rocks!

The many equipment options and contractors to choose from when considering an HVAC upgrade can be overwhelming. Modern residential systems cover the spectrum from basic single stage heating and cooling to higly advanced sensing microprosessor controlled multi stage units. First decide what you need then what you want and finally how much you're willing to spend, set a budget then get the very best you can afford. The standard idiom, you get what you pay for, applies here and being a big investment it's a decision best not made under pressure when facing imminent failure of an existing system during the hottest or coldest days of the season. If you're in the market to upgrade your older heating and cooling equipment to gain energy efficiencies, improve comfort levels and perfrmance, and add the convenience of integrating smart home automation now's the time as manufacturers are increasing prices across the board, a trend likely to continue over the next couple of years. After all my due diligence and soliciting bids from four contractors I decided on Vogel Heating and Cooling to install a cutting edge Daikin FIT multi stage inverter system. Beginning with my initial Vogel contact to scheduling an appointment with Erik the sales consultant and finally the installers Ben and Zach this was one of if not the easiest and most stress free contractor experiences I've ever had. At every stage of the process all my questions were answered promptly, phone calls returned the same day, every schedule was met, and the work completed on time with no surprises. Erik, Ben, and Zach are the A Team, polite, patient, professional, and masters of their craft. The Daikin system itself has only been operational a couple of days but the improvement in heating comfort levels on all three floors of my home was immediate and dramatic, no more wild swings from too cold to too warm and the add on humidifier vastly reducing the indoor effects of our regions dry winter air. It's a bit early to say regarding AC comfort but I fully expect the same positive outcome. I'm demanding and have high expectations when spending a lot of money so if like me you think in terms of quality, value, reliability, service, and long term partnering to extend equipment life and performance then Vogel H&C should be on your short list. I'd highly recommend Vogel to anyone.

Fair prices, fast response, and great customer service. A shout out to Clay who performed the seasonal maintenance service. A polite, respectful, and friendly young man who took the time explaining to me how a modern furnace actually works in way I could understand. Vogel may not be the cheapest but like with most anything you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I've used Vogel for a number of years now for installs and maintenance work. I've been pleased with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their willingness to stand behind it. Our inspector commented on their quality reputation too.

They installed our HVAC system and did a great job. The maintenance seemed thorough it didn't take all day. The service person, Jim, was excellent and very patient with our dogs.

Jim Parker came out as part of regular service agreement with Vogel to service our furnace. We didn't get good news on the remaining life of the furnace. But Jim was great and very helpful.
