Saw reviews stating free estimate. It is a $125 charge to even have someone come out. Guy didn't even try to help just said I could sign up for some package they had. No very friendly when answering the phone..

We called to try to get someone to come out to see why part of our home lost power. We were told someone would be here between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. We called back at 7:45 and were told that they couldn't get anyone to come! They didn't even have the decency to call and let us know. Now we are scrambling trying to get someone at this late hour! Don't use them! Too bad I can't give zero stars!
