    We called to try to get someone to come out to see why part of our home lost power. We were told someone would be here between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. We called back at 7:45 and were told that they couldn't get anyone to come! They didn't even have the decency to call and let us know. Now we are scrambling trying to get someone at this late hour! Don't use them! Too bad I can't give zero stars!

    I called to ask them to come out and give a bid and the man who answered told me it would be $125 for the techs to come out, or I could sign up for their annual program for $164 which would cover all sorts of work. I politely declined as I just need a bid and he said they don't give free bids over the phone. They just lost the opportunity to install four fixtures plus another one I have planned but not purchased yet.

The work was solid and he was quick to clean up after himself. Scheduling with the front office was a breeze and everyone I spoke to was upbeat and respectful.

    We called this company and we’re told that they could come by this afternoon. We waiting for three hours and received no phone call. When I called them back they indicated that they were still looking for a technician to come out. So we cancelled for that day and rescheduled for two days later. We were assured that someone would be there. We went back to that house and waited for another three and a half hours and still no show. We strongly suggest that you don’t use this company. We wasted six and a half hours waiting for these guys. Hopefully you won’t have to do the same thing. If we could give a score less than one star we would have.
